Welcome to your home.
This beautiful 126m2 apartment is on the 31st floor, accessible by lift and the views from the balcony and around the living space in the apartment are breathtaking through day and night.
The living and dining room is a delightful space to enjoy the best of both worlds filled with natural light. It is elegantly furnished and well-kept, with a comfortable sofa seating area, an armchair, and a dining table. Flatscreen TV is connected for all the lazy days in order to catch-up on shows and films. The kitchen is in great condition with all the amenities in place including a dishwasher and washing machine.
The first bedroom is splendid, with a king bed and a wardrobe. It has big windows, which make the room well-ventilated. The second is just as well-ventilated, with big windows and a king bed. Comfort is enveloped in both bedrooms, making this your place. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.
All rooms and throughout the apartment have blinds that can roll down to block any natural light to come through
The two ensuites and guest bathrooms have all the same amenities you'll need to freshen up. Fresh towels and complimentary toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.
This airy and spacious apartment is perfect for a short or long stay, adding the right comfort and opportunity to a relaxing environment. With grocery stores located at the bottom of the building, security, gym and a pool, look no further for that perfect getaway.
Please note that the maintenance work, previously expected to end on October 16th, is still in progress and will continue until further notice.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.
Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.

With JLT being labelled as one of the best living spaces in Dubai, there is plenty for everyone. The apartment is located in the heart of JLT and holidaymakers and residents are provided with easy access to an array of diverse restaurants and entertainment (including the award winning Nola minutes away). With the beach only ten minutes by car, metro minutes away by walk and walking distance to restaurants and cafes, this apartment is a home away from home. The building is right in front of the large green fields perfect for picnics and long walks and several play areas for the little ones. Let's not also forget the many spas and massage centres after a long day or flight.

You'll have no trouble getting around town. The closest train station is DAMAC Metro Station which is 550m away. Taxis are always available in front of the building and Uber App and the local version called Careem App is available in the city.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.
Check-in Process: This is a self-check-in property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).
Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.
ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.
No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.
Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
Additional Services: Housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee during your stay.
