Fantastic stay! Beautiful Strand adjacent apartment. Walking distance to the sand, restaurants, shops etc. Gorgeous views and great amenities. Mary was a terrific host.

Absolutely loved our stay @ Mary’s . The property, the view, exceeded our expectations Mary was the perfect host allowing us to leave our car parked as our flight was delayed. Greatly appreciated. As we now need a point of entry & exit to US from OZ this is the perfect place ! Hopefully see you soon when we next visit our son .

Mary was a joy to deal with and so welcoming. She made our visit feel like home. The unit was well appointed, in a great location, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. We would recommend Mary and this unit to everyone.

Beach vacation

Had a great time at this property, location and the home were excellent. Parking was a little tight but that’s to be expected right off the beach. Working with Mary was great as well. Overall a great place to stay!

Beautiful Oasis

Amazing spot!

The location is incredible, Mary is amazing to communicate with, and the ocean views from this home are absolutely spectacular! Not to mention the main room bed/sheets are a dream! I would come back in a heartbeat!

The best location

Mary’s home was fantastic, communication was excellent, and the location is incredible. We’ve stayed on the Strand in other parts of Manhattan Beach, but we prefer this location. 2 houses off the sand, and in the best part of MB. Amazing

We loved this apartment and would love to stay again. It’s very close to the beach and restaurants and shops which was perfect for us. The bedrooms are on the first floor while the Common areas were upstairs. This provided the lovely view over

Exceptional Stay and Property

This is quintessential Manhattan Beach living. The sounds of the ocean, the short walk to The Strand, short walk to the center of the shopping and dining. Easy garage parking. The home was clean and included everything needed for a relaxing vacation. Communication was perfect. We loved our stay here!

Great views and location

Our hostess Mary could not have been more accommodating and kind. The home was in the perfect location, a half a block to the Strand and the beach. Having cocktails on the outdoor balcony or from both the family room and kitchen the views of the breaking waves is outstanding. A TRUE GEM.

Refreshing stay, killer view in modern two story

I loved this condo! The freshly refinished stairway and beautifully updated master bathroom added a touch of elegance and made the space feel perfect. The patio, with its stunning, energizing view, became my favorite spot to recharge.

It was perfect for our little getaway. 1 min from the sand. The view has changed a little bit from the two story house's that have been built in front of the ocean view and still construction is going on. Mary, the owner of the apartment is very sweet and friendly. It was worth every penny I spent for 7 wks. I would do it again.

Manhattan Beach Gem!

We visited Manhattan Beach for the first time and will definitely be back! The location of this property is perfect for beach-lovers and also walking distance to the many restaurants and shops - we didn't even need a car. The vibe in MB is so chill and friendly and Mary was so lovely to work with and very responsive. Honestly cannot say enough good things about our stay! Thanks, Mary!
