Located just 1 block to the bay, 2 blocks to the pier, and walkable to several dining and shopping options. Overlooking the bay with gorgeous views and wildlife watching. Enjoy a glass of wine watching the sunset or have your morning coffee on the deck in the sunshine! Large windows create a warm and open feeling while embracing the views! This updated home is comfortable, clean and spacious with modern furnishings and amenities making this the perfect Coastal getaway!



Main Level Living area has a large comfortable sectional with plenty of seating, and a cozy electric fireplace insert. Flat screen Smart TV set up for Roku streaming with WIFI. Relax and enjoy an evening catching up on your favorite episodes or snuggle in and read a book while watching the sunset. Gorgeous views, and a wall of windows in the living area make it a nice place to relax and take in the scenery!



Modern kitchen, with stainless appliances and a large island make eating in efficient and enjoyable! The amazing stone countertops carry the coastal vibe and of course the VIEWS from the kitchen are excellent as well! Fully stocked with utensils, cookware, and dishes. Enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner seated at the dining table with seating for 6 or simply sit at the bar with 6 comfortable stools.



The Main Level Master bedroom features a Comfortable King bed with high quality linens and pillows. There is closet space and a dresser for guests personal items. This bedroom also has a ROKU TV for guests enjoyment. Large windows and a sliding glass door to the deck bring in sunshine and privacy curtains can be drawn for privacy. Views of the bay and a comfortable chair for sitting make this room the perfect place to enjoy a book or some quiet time taking in the beauty.



The 2nd main level bedroom features a comfortable Queen bed with comfortable linens, and plenty of closet space for guests personal items. Large window with plenty of light and blinds for privacy.

The main bath is located between Queen & King bedrooms and features a bathtub/shower combo, an updated vanity with granite counters, and plenty of space for guests personal items. Fully stocked with quality linens, Shampoo, Conditioner, and hairdryer are also provided for your convenience.



The basement- Bed #3 features a Comfortable queen bed with high quality linens and pillows. There is an armoire for guests personal items and additional hanging closet space in family room.



The basement 2nd bathroom features an updated vanity and fresh paint, along with a shower. Fully stocked with quality linens, Shampoo, Conditioner, and hairdryer are also provided for your convenience.



Spacious basement family room has 2 full pullout couches that can be laid out for comfort, or for an additional sleeping area. This space is a great place for a movie night and features a 50” TV set up with ROKU.



There is a 6 person table/chairs and a beverage fridge and cabinet stocked with drinking glasses and ready to keep your beverages chilled! There are some board games available for a fun night playing games as the beach!

Washer & dryer in basement for guest use.



The large fully enclosed deck is perfect to enjoying the views while sitting around a cozy fire and enjoying a glass of wine or having smores with the kids! There is a large outdoor dining table and chairs & a BBQ Grill. This outdoor space is the perfect place to take in the bay views and enjoy the coastal air! There is also an additional grassy area on the side of the house!



FREE parking in private driveway for up to 3 vehicles. Garage is NOT included and locked for Owners Personal Items.



We do allow up to (2) pre-approved dogs with an additional pet fee of $50 per pet. Unfortunately, we do NOT accept Cats due to allergies. Be sure to let us know that you plan on bringing a pet and to read and understand our Pet Policy before booking with a pet.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire home and yard. Guests do NOT have access to the garage.

Discover Garibaldi: Oregon’s Working Waterfront



Tucked along the shores of Tillamook Bay at the foot of Captain Robert Gray Mountain, Garibaldi is the kind of Oregon Coast town that still feels wonderfully real. This is a working fishing village where the harbor is the heart of the community, commercial boats come and go with the tides, and you’re just as likely to see a fisherman unloading the day’s catch as you are a family heading out for a day on the water.



Stroll down to the marina and watch commercial fishermen bring in Dungeness crab, lingcod, rockfish and other treasures from the Pacific. At the nearby cleaning stations and local watering holes, sport fishermen swap stories about Chinook salmon, tuna and halibut. Out on the bay, kayakers glide across the calm waters while bald eagles soar overhead, harbor seals pop up to investigate, and seabirds—including pigeon guillemots and purple martins—make the shoreline their home.



For generations, visitors have come to Garibaldi for fishing, crabbing, clamming and easy access to Tillamook Bay, but there’s plenty to discover beyond the water. The town is home to the Oregon Coast Scenic Railroad, where vintage rail excursions travel along some of the most beautiful stretches of the Oregon Coast, as well as local museums that offer a glimpse into the area's rich maritime and logging history.



One of Garibaldi’s greatest charms is its location. The property is within walking distance of the Garibaldi Marina, a local market, restaurants and other neighborhood spots, making it easy to settle in and enjoy the town without getting in the car. You’ll find a handful of independent shops and eateries scattered throughout the community, giving Garibaldi an authentic, unhurried coastal feel.



And when you're ready to explore, you're perfectly positioned to do it. Tillamook is about 15 minutes south, and Rockaway Beach is about 15 minutes north, putting beaches, bays, hiking, waterfalls, breweries, cheese country and other coastal communities within easy reach. Astoria is roughly an hour north, while Lincoln City is about an hour south.



Garibaldi makes an ideal quiet coastal home base—close enough to explore the best of the Tillamook Coast, but far enough from the crowds to hear the gulls, watch the boats come into the harbor and experience a little of the Oregon Coast the way locals do.



Come for the crabbing and fishing. Stay for the sunsets, the wildlife, the waterfront and the wonderfully laid-back pace of life on Tillamook Bay.



Getting Around:

A Car is necessary. Everything is convenient to the home including grocery stores and restaurants. If you are from out of state, we suggest flying into PDX and renting a car to make the approx. 1.5 hour drive to the Oregon Coast. The property is approx 15 min from Tillamook and 15 min to Rockaway Beach.



Other Things to Note:

We are happy to share our vacation home with others and hope that you will enjoy it as much as we do! We also appreciate when guests treat it like they would their own! There is a complete list of instructions at the home including WI-Fi passwords and check out details.



~ We ask that you don’t cook crab in the home but there is a bbq to cook outside.

~You may be required to provide a photo of your Drivers License or Government ID directly to the host. This is for the safety and security of both guests & property Owners, and will be requested at the discretion of Stay in My District.

~ No additional guests and visitors/guests that are not registered on the reservation booking are allowed to be on the property after 10pm.

~ Smoking anywhere on the property will result in forfeiture of your entire deposit plus can result in additional fees up to $500 for smoke removal.

~ Housekeeping is required and provided every 15 days for an additional charge on all stays over 15 nights.

~Pack and Play may be requested ahead of time but it is not kept on site so please be sure to let us know in advance



We are happy to welcome your well behaved, and house trained dog into our home!

-We do NOT accept Cats due to allergies.

-There is an additional pet fee of $50 per pet, which we will request the additional pet fee via an alteration request after the booking is confirmed.

Please also be aware of our pet policy:

-Pets should not be left unattended at the property inside or outdoors. We do have kennels available on request for an additional fee.

-Please pick up after your pets in outdoor areas immediately.

-Pets are NOT allowed on furnishings or linens. Evidence of pets on furnishings or linens will result in additional cleaning fees to guest.

-Pet fee accounts for additional cleaning and normal wear & tear due to hosting pets. Pet fee does NOT cover damage or additional cleaning above and beyond reasonable wear & tear
