Enjoy waterfront living minutes from downtown Bismarck! This home is fully furnished, including 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. All 3 bedrooms have walk-in closets, with plenty of storage, blackout curtains, Smart TVs, noise machines, and fans. The second-floor master boasts a king bed, built-in desk, an attached full bath, and a large walk-out deck where you can enjoy views of the water to decompress and relax. The additional two rooms include one queen bed and one full bed. There is also a large patio on the main level that you can use to soak in the beautiful views.

This home includes a finished, heated, attached two-stall garage.

Other perks of the home include a monitored security system, reverse osmosis system for drinking water, blackout shade in the living room, large walk-in pantry, washer and dryer. A Pack-n-Play is available upon request.

Right across the street from your home is Richard M. Longfellow Veterans Memorial Park where you can go for a stroll by the river or take your dog for a walk. You are less than a 10-minute drive from both major hospitals in the area, Sanford and CHI. I-94 is also less than 5 minutes away. You are close to many wonderful eating establishments including Paddle Trap (waterfront and less than two minutes from home), Huckleberry House (waterfront), as well as all downtown Bismarck eateries including, Fireflour Pizza, Blarney Stone, Anima Cucina, Butterhorn, Peacock Alley and more. There are shopping opportunities nearby, including boutiques and the second largest mall in North Dakota (Kirkwood Mall). If outdoor activities are more your speed, there are multiple bike paths and walking paths nearby, including Missouri River State Natural Area. Raging Rivers Waterpark is also close to home so you can go cool off on those hot summer days. Also, with a dedicated slip in your backyard, its easy to rent some kayaks and hop right on the water. There are also opportunities for jet ski and pontoon rentals in the area. All of this within 10 minutes of home!

Great stay location

Easy access to walking/bike paths and water right in the back to enjoy. Used the paths to explore the area and for runs by some of us.

Quiet location. Back patio gets nice afternoon sun making it great to sit outside and enjoy the view of the marina. Location has quick/easy access to major roads.

This place is clean, well maintained, and charming! We absolutely loved the location with easy access to the freeway that allowed us to get anywhere that we wanted to go within 10 minutes. It was also well stocked with everything you could ever need. We would definitely stay here again.

Quite place on the water and close to Bismarck.

Stayed 3 nights to visit our daughter for a family weekend. The location was convenient for shopping and activities in Bismarck. We would recommend this property to our family and friends.

I and my party had a great few nights at this property! I was really pleased at the owners quick communication with me prior to booking and through out. The house was very clean and accommodating. Comfortable Condo

Our Christmas visit in Bismark with family was enhanced in this well cared for home. The added plus was an attached garage for the unpredictable weather. The communication before and during our stay was excellent. Highly recommend this this property!property!
