ABOUT THE HOME: The fully-equipped chef's kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and high-quality cookware, making it easy to prepare delicious meals. A large Weber propane grill is provided for grilling on the back deck.

The home features two bedrooms with comfortable king beds, while the third bedroom offers two twin beds. You will sleep well with air conditioning in both large bedrooms and the cool ocean breeze. Upstairs, an entertainment area boasts a 65" smart TV, a spacious deck with Adirondack chairs, and a hammock, perfect for soaking in the morning sun or relaxing in the afternoon shade.

Two kayaks are provided for your use, along with life vests (though bringing your own is recommended). Guests are welcome to bring their own kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, or floaties to explore the tranquil waters at their leisure.

Beach access along the side of the house reveals oyster shells and fascinating sea life, complemented by sand and water tables stocked with non-toxic sand and plenty of toys for the little ones to enjoy safely. Other things to note

The home is located along East State Route 106. There is enough space for three small cars. Please do not extend into the neighbors' parking areas. There are signs posted to indicate where to park.

There is air conditioning in two out of three bedrooms. The heat pump downstairs that has been acting up. We have tried to have it repaired, but it looks like we will need to replace the whole system this fall. The numerous fans and cool ocean breeze will help keep the home a pleasant temperature in the summer.
