I’m sorry to hear you did not enjoy your stay. I responded to your questions and requests as promptly as possible throughout your visit. The only messages I chose not to respond to were those I felt were rude and inappropriate. Regarding check-in, you began asking about early access at 8:00 a.m. Although check-in was scheduled for later, I was able to accommodate you approximately 30 minutes before the standard check-in time. As for parking, the listing clearly states that guests have access to the designated yellow parking spaces and that a deeded parking spot is not included. While I understand you would have preferred a closer space, the available parking was consistent with what was advertised. You also requested a late checkout. As I explained, I needed to confirm availability with my housekeeper before making that accommodation, and I would have been happy to do so if scheduling allowed. I apologize that your stay did not meet your expectations. However, our check-in and checkout times, along with our other policies, are in place to ensure a smooth experience for all guests.

The pool was enjoyable. It was nice to have the snack shack. The room was not clean at all!! The elevators were awful!! Thank goodness we stayed on the second floor! We took the stairs. They were also nasty! And the parking garage was a joke!

Ashley, sorry about your experience. why did you not tell me about this when you checked in? If that was the case I would have had it fixed. I still don’t know what the issue was as to what was not clean. I have 4.9 rating on Airbnb and never an issue with cleanliness.
