*"This property has the 5 star feel and look, and also the perfect location, surrounding bars, and restaurants, attentive host. 5 bedrooms with one being for small kids or humans, everything is new. our group travels the US about 3xs a year, and we have stayed in indy about 7xs in the past 3 years and this property is by far the best, we even canceled reservations at a restaurant to stay and cook at the house just to enjoy it even more.... with all of this said this is the best of the best air bnbs, and price was worth every penny. This property is equipped with exterior security cameras located at the main entrance, the backyard, and garage entrance. These are motion activated and can be remotely monitored to ensure a secure and comfortable stay. Additionally, we have a Minut sensor inside the home in the main living area that tracks sound levels and smoke detection but does not record audio. Tampering with cameras or sensor will result in additional fees.
