Our Cabin at Dale Hollow Lake located on Spring Creek airpark which is conveniently located 5 minutes from Wolf River Marina. Savana Barnes the owner and host of this property is one of the owners of Spring Creek airport, if you are planning on flying in, please coordinate with Savana on many details before flying in.

HOUSE STRUCTURE:
Our cabin has three floors (sleeps 18 adults comfortably):
• Main floor- kitchen, dining room, bar area, coffee bar, living room, and a full bathroom (toilet, shower, sink)
• Upstairs loft- has a king size bed with a full bathroom (toilet, shower, sink)
• The basement- has two bedrooms, a living area/open bedroom, and a full bathroom (shower/jacuzzi tub, toilet, sink)
- Downstairs master has 1 queen bed, and a bunk bed with 2 twin size beds
- The bunk room sleeps 12 adults (3 large bunk beds). It has two bunk beds totaling 4 full size beds and one bunk bed with 2 queen size beds
- The basement has a living room area that has a king size bed in the area
• Kitchen is equipped with stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator, blender (in the bar area), coffee maker (bring your own coffee pods), instant pot, slow cooker, toaster, cooking basics, dish ware/flatware, dishwasher, and ice makers
• Back deck has multiple outdoor furniture options and a gas grill
• Laundry area- the cabin is equipped with an all in one washer/dryer combo. Please always clean the filter before use (it is fire hazard if not because it is ventless). To operate press power on, to the right hand side make sure smart dispense detergent and smart dispense fabric softener is on, and press play button.
• Free wifi at the cabin. Smart TV in the living room that we use to stream Hulu or Netflix but there is no cable or satellite TV. There is decent phone service with Verizon and AT&T
• Parking- plenty of parking for 4-6 vehicles. There is also an open slab for aircraft or boat & trailer parking. There is more parking available in the airport, Contact Savana with more questions/availability

CLOSE BY ACTIVITIES:
• SPRING CREEK AIRPARK- There is direct lake access in the airport subdivision (no boat ramp, walking/golf cart access only). You are able to swim, fish, and kayak at the lake access in the subdivision.
• DALE HOLLOW LAKE- activities include: golfing, boat rentals, jet ski rentals, swimming, state parks, fishing tournament, house boating, water skiing, tubing, kayaking, and canoeing.

• NEARBY TOWNS
- Albany (6 miles)- Clinton County is a dry county but there are multiple grocery stores, fast food, and restaurants. Our favorites are Majors Pizza, the Mexican restaurant, Hunter’s BBQ, and Lee’s chicken.
- Byrdstown (10-14 miles) closest liquor store and restaurants with beer/liquor. The River Grill is a wonderful restaurant that is only 15 minutes from the cabin with bar and restaurant. Sunset marina is only 20 minutes from the cabin and it has a restaurant and bar on Dale Hollow Lake with the prettiest sunsets and waterfront dining.
- Livingston (30 miles) the town has multiple shops and boutiques with multiple restaurants but The Steel Coop is our top pick.
- Monticello (28 miles) closest Walmart
- Cookeville (50 miles) closest Sam’s club and very fun town! We love a good Cookeville day/night. If you are looking for an adventure, check out Cummins falls while in Cookeville.

House Rules and Policies:
Check-in: 4 PM
Check-out: 10 AM
• No smoking inside of property
• Tenants shall not have no more than 18 persons on property
• Quiet hours are 11pm
• Pet friendly with $100 fee on non-shedding dogs. $200 fee for large and shedding dogs. No large or shedding dogs on the white living room couch
• No events, parties, or large gatherings
• Must be at least 25 years old to book
• Additional fees and taxes may apply
• Photo ID may be required upon check-in
• NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features 3 exterior security camera covering the front outdoor entry and back driveway on detached garage. The camera is outward facing and does not look into interior spaces. It records video when activated by motion.
•NOTE: The cabin has hired professionals for lawn care, pest, cleaning, and maintenance. At any time during your stay there may be a need for house access to perform job duties. • NOTE: booking must be approved by host before. Potential tenant must type a description in the box on how many people, the reason for the stay, and renters ages before Savana will approve booking. This is our second home so we are very selective on our renters.
