Great stay in Daytona Shores

Everything was as described in the listing. No drive beach was not crowded. The building and unit were well maintained and the unit was especially clean. Owner was accommodating and easy to communicate with. We hope to stay here again.

Lovely place to stay

Great family place!

The property had everything we could have needed. The location, though not within walking distance of restaurants and shopping, was quiet and had everything within a short distance. It worked perfectly for having our grandkids for a week.

A little piece of heaven

We stayed for our second year at this condo complex and our family loves it. It is the perfect size to accommodate our family of 6 and is well stocked with toys, board games, as well as pool and beach accessories to keep our whole family entertained. The unit was clean, well stocked and just as advertised. We hope to stay here again next year!

Wonderful property and hosts

Couldn’t have asked for more from the hosts - communication was timely, professional,. and to the point. All check in and check out instructions were clear. The property itself is immaculate and has everything anyone could need for an enjoyable and comfortable stay. Would stay here for sure if we ever return to the area.

Perfect

This is a fantastic unit . Well stocked and you can tell it has been updated. I traveled with my brother who uses a wheelchair. The master bathroom shower was perfect for him. There was even a handicap ramp from the pool area to the beach.

A special home made our family time very special

We have stayed in this condo before and loved it. This time was no different, it was perfect. The home is well maintained and so comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. Great Escape

Condo itself was very nice - roomy (including the three bedrooms) - having the three bathrooms was nice - view of ocean and intracoastal waterways was spectacular - great sitting on the balcony and enjoying the views - pool area very nice as well as exercise room - parking was good (never didn't get a spot to park) - supplies in condo excellent - dishware, glasses, hairdryers, beach chairs/umbrellas - it was a nice feature to be able to just leave our extra food there and there wasn't much we had to do before we left as the maid service was included - overall, a wonderful experience - Julie was very helpful and prompt with her responses to our questions

Wonderful! (Even though housekeeping walked in at 8:30 AM before checkout and didn't ring doorbell)

We had a wonderful stay! The unit was clean and huge (even though it was just me and my husband). There were only 2 issues: Housekeeping walked in on us at 8:30 AM before checkout at 10:00. She didn't ring the doorbell or even knock, but just said that "some people leave early". The second issue was not a big deal, but the garbage disposal didn't work (we had put something in it and ended up getting it out with tongs and threw it in the trash).

Exceptional property

This condo has probably been the best we've rented over the past several years. We are large family and were able to take advantage of the well appointed kitchen each night. Due to the Covid issues, we chose to eat in each night and had all the tools you would find at home. All the beds were comfortable and each room had plenty of space to move around. The kids took advantage of the numerous games and toys provided during our stay. The complex was up to date and had adequate security features allowing us to feel safe during our visit. The most enjoyable part for us was the large balcony with a gorgeous view of the Atlantic. From the beginning of the rental process to our arrival, we received clear instructions and maintained excellent communications with the property owner. Not one negative experience with our visit. A big thank you to Julie Arvold for allowing us to have a fantastic vacation at your condo!

One of my favorite condos yet!!!

I go away 1 to 2 times a month. Most places I have a couple complaints with this or that, but this place was absolutely perfect!! I have nothing negative to say. I wish I could have stayed all month! The location for me was awesome because no cars permitted on that part of the beach. I brought my 18 year old and her friend. They loved the condo and pool but to uber to the downtown attractions was $15 each way for them. I would not have wanted to stay in that area....I felt I was just close enough. This place was immaculate, sheets were soft, beautifully decorated! Loved having a garage to park and all the carts to assist with luggage and groceries. Views from both balconies amazing!. Because it is on floor 10 when you look out it feels like you are in the ocean on a cruise ship. I just loved it! Went to St. Augustine on one of the cold days mid week. I would definitely rent this place again if it is available when we return. Now I am back in PA looking at snow...boo! Thank you for a relaxing stay!!

Roomy, Oceanfront Paradise on NO DRIVE SECTION!

We loved this nice, roomy condo. It had the things we needed & had some additional items like sand toys & chairs which was nice. We loved all the seating options as well. Very well furnished unit. The only negative (which is no fault of the owner & the owner was unaware of this issue upon our arrival & for the duration of our stay) is that the cleaning crew did not seem to touch the inside of the refrigerator before our arrival. My in-laws found reminants of various leftover food items & fish leakage/drippings on multiple sheves to the point they had to take the shelves/glass pieces out and detail one by one before they felt comfortable putting our groceries in it. They said it seemed to mostly be left over fish drippings bc the smell and texture of the drippings & stuck-on white paper were as such. The side compartments were also dirty and in no way could have been touched with cleaner prior to our arrival. We also cleaned those compartments. The refrigerator was clearly an overlook on the part of the cleaning crew. The other areas of the condo seemed to be clean & in order. One option that would have been nice as an add-on cost would have been a beach bike rental option for the week. When we rented at East Wind (a different complex), there were several units with a beach bike rental option. Saw

Everything you want...and More!

Our week in the condo was everything we wanted, and more! The views were spectacular, the sound of the waves was incredibly relaxing. Being in the southern end unit, with the large balcony was such a pleasure. The bonus was watching the sunrise over the ocean in the morning and the sun set over the intercoastal at night. Yes, it is magical! The condo felt like home, truly just like home. It had such a welcoming warmth in the furnishings, the amenities provided, the perfectly stocked kitchen and pantry. All we added was the food. How easy is that?? Watching the ocean from the kitchen made preparing meals a pleasure. Each bedroom and bathroom was well stocked with plenty of towels, etc. The beds were sooo comfortable; the closets and dressers provided more space than we could possibly need. On top of everything that the condo offers is the excellent care from Julie!!! WOW!! This was after Hurricane Nicole and any concerns we had were addressed before we had a chance to bring them up to Julie. How often does that happen?! Julie is sincerely awesome to work with and we plan on staying at this beautiful condo next year, and the year after that...!

2022 Summer Vacation

We were very pleased with the accommodations and the overall property location. Having stayed at many properties in the Daytona Beach Shores area, I must say, we did enjoy the "no-drive" beach area much better! The pool area was over-crowded most days, but there was plenty of room on the beach! Not sure if the pool just needed updated paint wise, but the clarity of the water seemed to be cloudy and looked like it needed some attention compared to the other pools at the neighboring Condo's. The view from inside and on the balcony were amazing! I would recommend this property as there was plenty room for the eight of us who enjoyed our stay there.

Excellent

Property was just as listed. The entire building was clean the staff was friendly. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

We visited a friend & fell in love with The Shores Club and the wonderful beach. We purchased this 3-bedroom condo and also another 3-bedroom condo and a 2-bedroom condo. We hope to retire here some day!
