Stay in the heart of Downtown West Palm Beach! This stylish 2BR/1BA home is just 3 min from the Convention Center and 10 min from Palm Beach. Enjoy a private patio with cornhole, spike ball, and bikes. Bedrooms include smart TVs, Bluetooth speakers, AC, and guitars. Cook in a fully equipped kitchen and head to the beach with provided surfboards and snorkeling gear. Walk to top restaurants, bars, and shops

To help us maintain a safe, clean, and respectful environment, all guests are required to follow the rules below:

🚭 No Smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property—indoors or outdoors.

A $500 fee will apply for any violation of this policy.

🎉 No Parties or Events

Parties, events, or large gatherings are not allowed under any circumstances.

👥 No Unregistered Guests

Only guests listed in the reservation are permitted on the property.

If you`d like to invite someone, please request approval in advance—additional fees may apply.

🪑 Do Not Move Furniture

Please do not rearrange or move any furniture, including beds, sofas, chairs, or decor.

Items must remain in their original positions. A repositioning fee may apply if things are found out of place.

🧹 Respect the Property

Keep the home clean and organized.

Handle furniture, decor, and amenities with care, as if it were your own home.

🔇 Quiet Hours & Noise

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

We had a wonderful stay! We were dropping off our daughter for her first year of college at Palm Beach Atlantic University and the property was conveniently located within minutes of campus! Clean, updated decor, and comfortable beds for our family. The host was responsive and we were fortunate to also meet one of the neighbors, who was welcoming as well. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. We plan to stay again for future visits! Thanks for the hospitality!

The first night we tried sleeping in the room off the living room but the bed slopes to the window and the outlets on either side of the bed don’t work. There were a couple of fire alarms that were missing. Also the microwave needs cleaning. Otherwise is was a nice location and easy check in and out.

Close to the airport and easy walking distance to multiple dining options, it was a great choice for my one night stay before my business trip. Very clean with easy check in and check out instructions.

Perfect for our needs

We were looking for a place close to the Kravis Center. While we would not have been able to locate the home without a gps, we were happy with the neighborhood (and the neighbor, whom we met). The neighborhood was quiet and the home had all the amenities we could have asked for, and more. Communication with the owner was very good, and we appreciated that the door lock codes and WiFi codes worked the first time. I particularly appreciated having a dedicated parking space. We would be pleased to stay there again.

Great location, cute apartment

This was a move from our normal hotel stay and we were a bit nervous. We didn't need to be. The location was amazing, the apartment was clean and well appointed. We were easily able to walk to get groceries and to visit downtown West Palm. We were even able to walk to the beach. We stayed for over a week, and inevitably needed to ask the owner some questions, he was always super quick to respond.

Great place to stay

30 seconds walk to the convention center through the walk way is such a great location. Only thing was a little ants in the bathroom that was nuisance but overall this is such a nice place to stay.
