• No parties or large gatherings – To respect our neighbors and keep the space enjoyable for all guests.
• Quiet hours – 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM. Please keep noise to a minimum during these times.
• Maximum occupancy: 6 guests – Only registered guests are allowed on the property.
• Pet-friendly 🐾 – 1 pet max, small fee applies. Please inform us in advance if you’re bringing a pet.
• Excessive Pet Hair Policy: We love welcoming pets, but please note that excessive pet hair left throughout the home may result in an additional cleaning fee.
• Late checkout – Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a $150 fee. Please request extra time at least 24 hours in advance. Approval depends on availability and isn’t guaranteed.

The apartment/condo was spacious and very clean. Ray was very attentive and answered my questions immediately. It's in a great location, especially if you're into late night bar hopping.

Towed!

This apartment is as advertised, spacious and in the midst of the downtown party area -- great if you want to walk everywhere. It was noisy until the bars closed. There was a pretty strong smell in the hallway but the apartment itself didn't smell bad. Our biggest problem was that the parking was confusing and we ended up having two cars towed. There were pictures showing the parking at the very end of the Vrbo listing but we didn't realize they were there. The manager talked us through how to find the parking spaces when we checked in, but didn't mention that there were two different sets of numbered spaces: the ones along the fence (the correct ones) and the ones looking like normal parking spaces (someone else's). We parked in the spaces with the correct numbers that looked like normal spaces. Big mistake. We didn't even know whether we'd been towed or had the cars stolen! Fortunately, one car had a tracker system and we found it at the impound lot. When we asked the manager about our missing cars, he seemed more concerned with establishing that we should have known where to park and that he hadn't done anything wrong than about the huge difficulties we faced. (Some of us had planes to catch in Ptsbg.) He did let some of us stay past checkout (baby's car seat was in the impound, so they couldn't drive anywhere). If you stay here, make sure you park along the fence!!

Great location and a wonderful host!

The location couldn't have been better! With so many memories of having to walk up the hill after a night at the bars, it was great to be within a couple hundred feet of the apartment when it was time to call it a night. All the rooms had plenty of space and having 3 bathrooms was perfect. Our host did a great job of responding when we had trouble accessing the building (our fault for not realizing additional information had been sent to us the morning of our arrival), and he kept in touch all weekend to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. He also provided some great recommendations for restaurants and bars. I was a bit nervous about booking as this was a new unit, but everything worked out great and I can't wait to start planning some return trips to Morgantown!
