Featuring 8 bedrooms and 4 baths, The Peacock Inn boasts a extra large water heater system, providing hot water on demand and an ample supply for consecutive showers. Rest on high-quality Tulo/Sleepy’s mattresses.
The main floor hosts a captivating living room with an 85-inch Samsung TV offering streaming on Hulu, Disney, ESPN. The kitchen showcases a 60-inch wide built-in refrigerator, double ovens, cooktop burner, dishwasher, and microwave/airfryer. The dining room accommodates 8 guests, with additional seating for 4 on the countertop.

HOUSE RULES:
1. VEHICLES: No more than 6 vehicles are permitted on the property, unless agreed upon before check in.
2. ADDITIONAL GUESTS: Any additional guests that were not noted at the time of reserving the home will be charged to you at $50.00 -85.00 per day/per person depending on season, failure to disclose all guests is a violation and will result in a fine of $100.00 per person/per day fee.
3. UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS: Any unauthorized guests, friends, strangers that arrive at the property without prior approval will cause immediate termination, eviction and cancellation of the reservation without refund. Do not bring any adult workers to the house. Many instances these people will pose as workers and rob guests. Do not solicit these workers.
4. QUIET HOURS: This property is situated in a residential, family community governed by a Neighborhood Association. Making noise, such as music or loud voices, between 10 PM and 9 AM on Friday-Sunday is prohibited and a public nuisance. Noise after 10 PM to 9 AM Monday-Friday is strictly regulated by the City of North Las Vegas. No more than 65 decibels allowed.
5. NOISE MONITORING OUTSIDE: Sounds of more than 85 decibels is not permitted outside at anytime during normal hours. No outdoor speakers. No bands. No musical equipment. No DJ's. No Parties. No excess noise outside is permitted. Failure to adhere to these rules will be subject to termination of the reservation, eviction, and no refund will be issued. Please be considerate to all neighbors.
6. SUPPLIES: This property has a starter amount of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and propane to get you going. It is the guest’s responsibility to buy supplies that they need after the supplies provided if they run out.
7. MAINTENANCE- We reserve the right to have the house maintained during your stay to avoid leaves going in the pool and the pool turning green from lack of maintenance.
a. LANDSCAPERS – will be trimming bushes and blowing away leaves so that it keeps the backyard and front yard clean. Their scheduled days are Tuesday every week.
b. POOL MAINTENANCE – will be cleaning the pool on Mondays and Thursdays. This is to protect guests and make sure the pool is clean and has enough chemicals in the pool.
c. TRASH: Trash pick-up days are Friday, Thursday night an employee will move the trash dumpster for pick up and Friday they will move the dumpster back in.
