7) Do not adjust refrigerator or freezer settings.
8) This building strictly enforces a no crime policy. Vonder Miami Beach fully cooperates with the City of Miami Beach Police Department and law enforcement agencies. Any sort of violation or criminal activity will result in immediate termination of stay and will be handed to police.
