The sliding doors from this space seamlessly blend indoor and outdoor living, creating an ideal setting for entertaining. There is also a half bathroom near the living area.

Gather around the indoor dining table, which seats 10 guests (with additional seating in the kitchen bar), dine on the outdoor dining table, or savor a morning coffee. We've stocked the kitchen with everything you need. The dining table is conveniently nestled across the kitchen, allowing you to serve and enjoy those tasty meals without missing a moment of fun!

The outdoor space is a true haven for fun and relaxation. From the living area, guests can step out into the sliding doors to our large patio. Enjoy peaceful mornings with a cup of coffee in our outdoor oasis. We also have a wood burning fireplace outside, and we provide firewood.

A short walk down the path from the back deck leads to an inviting outdoor fire pit, surrounded by plenty of chairs for your entire group to gather around and enjoy. There is also a seasonal creek behind the firepit area.
✴ River and Pond Access ✴
Mt Fork river can be accessed by foot from the cabin. It is approximately ~10 min walk to the drop off for tubes and kayaks. Guests can enjoy fishing, tubing and kayaking (we provide 1 double tube, and 2 single tubes). Guests must bring their own kayak. Wild Goose Kayak Rentals is also a short 2 min drive (right outside the subdivision) from the cabin - This is a full service kayak and canoe rental where they will take you to a drop off via shuttle.
There is also a fishing pond stocked with perch, catfish, crappie) by the entrance of the development, a short 5 min walk from the cabin. This is a catch and release pond. Guests may also kayak here.
No fishing license is required to fish in the pond located on our property. However, a valid fishing license and trout stamp are required if you wish to fish in the Mt Fork River. Please ensure you have the appropriate documentation before heading out.
Our cabin is located in a quiet subdivision called Broken Bow Retreat by Mountain Fork River (15 minutes south of Hochatown). Roads are paved to the development, however, depending on weather conditions, the roads to the cabin may be rough (we recommend our guests to leave their low-riding sports cars).
Enjoy the peace and privacy of this new development in Broken Bow, while only being a short drive to main attractions ~ 20 mins to Beavers Bend State Park, Broken Bow Lake.
