We had a great 10 days stay at the villa. The house was clean at arrival and the pool was cleaned twice weekly. The only small issue was the large amount of small ants in the kitchen making it impossible to leave any food out for a short time period. Additionally, the villa was a little hard to find based on the location found on the webside. Other than that we were very pleased with the villa and location worth a recommendation!

Maison très agréable et bien située pour visiter la partie est de l’île.Maison très propre et hôte très disponible.La piscine est très agréable et bien entretenue (intervention d’un professionnel plusieurs fois par semaine). Bel endroit à conseiller.

Everything was excellent. Very quiet neighborhood, everything as at the pictures. The owner very helpfull and always answer to our questions/requests on time. Many thanks to the owner and all people that take care the villa!

Very nice little villa in a quiet area just 10 mins walk from a good quality sandy beach for swimming and 10 mins drive into Protaras for the food and nightlife. Car ideal but not essential as there are regular buses into town and Ayia Napa every few minutes.

Lovely Villa

It’s an excellent property that’s near amenities. The owner is easily accessible. What’s advertised is what you see upon arrival and hence I have given it a rating of 5 stars. I was allowed a late check out as my flight was late in the evening. If you’re looking for a tranquil Villa then this one is the right one for you.

Superb Villa Luca In Pernera

Excellent family holiday. The Villa has everything needed for a comfortable stay. There is a beautiful beach, shops and restaurants within walking distance. The swimming pool at the property was perfect for a swim and cooling off after a day in sunshine.

We had a lovely time in Cyprus.The villa was lovely all nice and clean.We had both sets Towels/Sunbed .Every thing was lovely,Would recommend to family and friends, location was great, nearby shops,buses ran regular.Lovely beach nearby. Thank you so much

Very impressed with villa and pool nice quiet area Kitchen utensils very clean and looked new Owners very nice and friendly, was very nice of them to text the morning of our departure to wish us a safe journey home. Welcome pack was very nice and helpful that we could have a cup of tea when we reached the villa Will hopefully return later this year

Relaxing family holiday

Great host who ensured we had everything we needed before we left the UK for a smooth arrival. Always responded promptly to any messages sent. Property was very clean. Welcome package of essentials and pool towels provided. Perfect for a family of four. Great pool, good size and cleaned regularly. Quiet area, 10-15 min walk to plenty of restaurants and small supermarkets. Short drive to larger supermarkets and beautiful beaches. Well placed to explore the surrounding areas of Protaras & Ayia Napa.

Lovely relaxing stay

Arrived at the villa at 1.30am. Easily found with the directions given by the host. Welcome pack was a great touch. Villa was clean, linen clean and fresh. Villa had everything we could need and plenty of room. Pool was a good size. Great powerful outdoor shower. Plenty of outdoor furniture. Good communication from the rental agency. Overall we had a lovely, peaceful, relaxing stay and would love to return one day.

Charmant séjour!

Les photos de l'annonce pourraient être mises à jour car la réalité n'est plus aussi "neuve" que présentée mais les prestations sont telles que je les attendais. Le passage, un jour sur deux, d'un technicien d'entretien de la piscine fut une surprise remarquable et contribua à rendre nos moments passés dans le jardin particulièrement agréables. Je recommande cette villa dont la propriétaire est, par ailleurs, très attentionnée envers ses clients. Et merci à Kate pour l'excellent travail fourni sur place 😉!

Overall this villa was just what we required. My only suggestion would be to upgrade the white goods, but apart from this it was ideal. We were at a wedding at the Golden Coast resort, which is approx a 5 minute walk away and Pernera strip was only a 10/15 minute walk.

What a fantastic location and property, just right for a small family. It was very clean, the pool was great and there's a beach at the end of the road - what more could you want? The Pinia restaurant just aroud the corner is great for Cypriot food. We'll be back...

Excellent property and location

The Villa is also only about 10 minutes walk to the new promenade that gives easy access to several beaches and a number of good restaurants. We arrived late in the evening and walked to the excellent Pinia taverna that is just around the corner. The villa had most of everything that we wanted although some of the equipment and fittings were beginning to show their age. The weather got very hot during our stay so it was great to have the pool that was professionally cleaned twice a week. Would recommend the property for anyone looking for a relatively quiet area but with easy access to beaches & restaurants. Communication with the owner was excellent.

Better than the pictures

The villa is definitely better than the pictures shown and had a good layout of what you need to make your stay comfortable The only thing which could do with a small service is the airconditioning as started dripping on my head in bed but solved this by pulling the bed away from the wall Overall great place to stay and very good financially Thank you

Nice villa for 4 persons

We were a party of 3 adults and 3 children. The problem this presented was that one adult was required to sleep on one of the sofa beds in the front room. Whilst I enjoy a firm bed, both sofa beds were only half a step up from sleeping on a concrete floor. Not only did this make sleeping difficult, sitting was also an issue. However, despite this long "gripe" it was the only real fault we found with what is a peaceful retreat, with all the amenities you would have at home, but with a pool thrown in - which the children made full use of. We also found the local beach very family friendly and a bonus in being just a short walk away.
