good no-frills ski-in ski-out property on Blackcomb, ski-in/ski-out was not available during our stay due to the lack of snow...but that is not the property's fault.

Great 2 bedroom setup on the slopes of Blackcomb

Complimentary valet service for skis were fantastic. Pool and hot tub setups were essential and appreciated. Room itself is nicely setup, comfortable for a family of four with an extra couch to crash on if needed. Location is great, but its up the hill a little bit and a 15 min walk from whistler town, but we did it a few times without issue.

Amazing ski in ski out location

Aspens is truely ski in ski out location on Blackcomb mountain - amazing spot with great facilities including 3 outdoor hot tubs, pool towels, laundry facilities and very comfortable apartment for families. Loved the location, the views and meeting other guests in the hot tub after a great day skiing! Would highly recommend and stay at Aspens again.

Nice layout

Great ski in ski out property. Condo could use a new kettle and toaster, and some basics like salt and pepper. Bring your own coffee or tea.

Great ski in/out location

Always a good experience at The Aspens. The only negative was that the unit was very warm! Even with windows open we were hot and had trouble sleeping. Pretty minor issue though.

Almost 5 stars

Has all you need to stay. Great and close to upper village-very convenient! Our ONLY issue is the beds are all quite hard and uncomfortable. Even my teens woke up with sore backs. As long as your aware of that it's a good place for a good price!

We really enjoyed this unit...ski in-ski out...nice facilities for the family including hot tubs (3) and pool. Our only issue was the hide-a-bed frame was broken.

Aspens stay

Overall comfortable stay. Great location for walking and biking to places. Management company very receptive to recommendations in the suite of some repairs required. I did not find it convenient to have to go into the village to check in, and then go back to Blackcomb for the accommodation.

Great location, little shopworn.

Was not communicated that bikes were not allowed in condo, resulting in extra fees. Was not communicated that the was a parking fees. One mattress was highly uncomfortable possibly at end of useful life. Kitchen was very basically equipped.

Good for ski in ski out

Property is great for ski in ski out- parking is not included so plan to pay for parking. Property is not walkable to village so plan to drive and pay for parking.

Excellent Communication convenient

This property is managed by trips who appear to have a dedicated person to quickly respond to questions and I appreciated that. Aspens is a lovely complex with ski in and ski out. Always friendly people in the hot tub. The only thing that I would change is to use a king mattress instead of two twin beds pushed together.

I would say that overall the unit is fine. It’s a good layout and works well for a family of 4 (2 adult kids). The beds were very uncomfortable. Very firm mattresses. The toaster did not work. Coffee pot was old. Location did look out over entrance so there was some noise with cars coming and going. I didn’t like having to go to a separate location to check in. We love the location and hot tubs/pool!

We have been staying at this condo complex for years and always have a great time. Love the ski in/out location. This place was just as described, clean and comfortable.

Great property at one of the best condos in Blackcomb

Unit was perfect for a family of 4. The unit was in great shape and it had plenty of closet space as well as an jacket and shoes rack next to the front door. Everything in the unit worked perfect. Highly recommend

Christmas in Whistler

Due to a lack of snow, the property was not ski in ski out. The gondola is close but had to navigate a very icy walk downhill to it. Manageable but treacherous with ski boots and skis in hand. Not sure if there is a shuttle, we did not use it. Nice 15 minute walk to Whistler village. Ski rental at the Aspens was very convenient and the staff were excellent. The apartment was comfortable and clean with ample storage. Kitchen was equipped with all that we need to cook meals. I would recommend this place and would stay there again. Check in was at Whistler village- not very friendly. Staff at the Aspens were great.

Read the Fine Print

Booked this unit as it said it had a/c. Turned out that it only had a/c in one bedroom; the rest of the unit sweltering. The Sofabed is terrible - ended up on the floor. (Fine as a couch though) Looks over the front entrance road. Please make sure enough cutlery for 6 people. Location was excellent in relation to walking into the village.
