The Fig Tree House - Covered Parking & Grill - 1.4 Miles to Masters!

Centrally located!! Very comfy 3 bedroom 2 bath house features memory foam mattresses, all white sheets/towels, wood floors, large sectional couch and flat screen TV in living room, and covered parking in the rear of home. Patio furniture and grill outside. Fully stocked kitchen! Access is a breeze with keyless entry front door code and covered parking in the rear of home for 1 car. Street parking is available for additional vehicles. Lots of cool plants on the property including fig, plum, and mulberry trees! We will be in town and available by phone via text or call should you need anything! We take great pride in ensuring our guests are well taken care of and feel at home!

Please note: There is an occupied cottage in the rear of the property. This cottage in not included in the rental. Driveway is shared and each property has its own carport. The sunroom can get rather hot/cold depending on the season due to all the windows. We recommend keeping the door closed between the sunroom and the rest of the house. The fireplace is not available for use by guests.

We love our dogs and want to allow yours to travel with you too :) Pets are only authorized when approved in writing by the owner. Up to 2 pets will be considered upon request. Please provide details prior to booking. We do not allow cats. A non refundable fee will be charged per approved pet. Any damages/extra cleaning required due to pets will be charged to guests. All pets must be kept on a leash when outdoors as the yard is not fully fenced, and there are tenants in the rear cottage. Pets are not permitted on the furniture.
