The home is spacious and beautifully curated. Natural light is very important to me and as such, there are lots of windows and French doors throughout the house and the apartment to allow light to flow in. Additionally obtaining a nice, hot, 'high water pressure' shower after a 12 hour or 24 hour nursing shift is important to me; as such all bathrooms have spa tiled floors and high flow/pressure shower heads; bathroom comfort is important to our family.
Lastly, the home is a classic 1920s bungalow that has a 6 foot/2 inch ceiling on the ground floor, which makes me feel special and tall in the garden apartment unit, but 'note to self' for individuals over 6'2" (it likely is not as special/comfortable, NBA players better suited to stay at the local Hyatt)
Final note of what makes this a special stop above the comforts of the apartment itself, is the proximity to transportation hubs including NJ transit 'Maplewood train station' that delivers you to NYC Penn station in 40 minutes, and EWR/Newark airport only a 15 minute 'low cost' uber ride away.
