Also note, we are not currently hosting events through the VRBO platform. If hosting an event during your stay an Event Fee will apply; 65 guests and under -$3200+tax per event. Above 65 guests - $5200+tax per event plus an additional $700 Cleaning Fee for events.

Please be advised that the property features two ponds. These ponds are not fenced and may present a safety risk, particularly to children.

For the safety of all occupants and visitors, we strongly encourage constant adult supervision for children when they are outdoors near the ponds. The tenant assumes full responsibility for ensuring that children and guests exercise caution around the water at all times.
Swimming is not permitted in the ponds.
