Welcome to this stunning 14-bedroom, 9-bathroom estate in the heart of Durham, NC, designed for unforgettable family reunions, small weddings, receptions, and more. Enjoy ample space with luxurious amenities including a private pool, work out facility, and a full-size tennis facility indoor and outdoor. The estate is both child and pet-friendly, offering a comfortable and elegant environment for all. Whether you’re hosting a special event or just looking for a peaceful retreat, this estate offers the perfect blend of luxury and convenience. Make lasting memories in this beautiful, spacious home!

Due to VRBO policies - please note they do not allow our company information to be given before a formal booking, even through the messaging system. Also note, we are not currently hosting events through the VRBO platform. If hosting an event during your stay Event Fees will apply!
Please note there is an additional guest fee that applies over 15 guests. $40/per guest/per night

One night stays are welcome - please note that there is an additional $700+tax added to the nightly base rate for only a one night stay.

Tours are available upon request, but ONLY after a formal paid booking through VRBO.

Perfect for large groups

This property was everything we expected and beyond. It was perfect for my family to stay at during my brother's wedding. We thoroughly enjoyed all the facilities and manager was helpful throughout. I would recommend to everyone going to the Durham area with a big group.

Outstanding Stay

Could not recommend this property more. Was amazing for a golf trip with friends. The property far exceeded expectations and photos really do not do it justice. Communication from the host was top class and really made the whole process seamless. If you are thinking about booking this property, do it sooner rather than later as missing out on this would be a travesty. Thank you again and we will be back!

The getaway we needed to strategize and play

Our annual company leadership retreat was held at this property. It was so nice. The property is very clean and up to date. Everything is as described. The onsite team was very kind and lighting-fast responsive when we had a question or challenge. Seriously, Bo and his team deserve a big THANK YOU! Such a great experience. We would highly recommend.

Great Property for large groups and families

We stayed at the Estate property with our family who were attending a wedding in Raleigh. The property was perfect for large groups and families. There were plenty of spaces to relax and plenty of bathrooms. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were quiet. The actual facilities at the property were expansive and well equipped. It made for an exceptional vacation spot for our entire family. The property manager was super helpful with our questions and very accommodating with our requests. He was present but not intrusive which was greatly appreciated.I would absolutely return for another stay when in Raleigh
