Living Waters Estates is a place where families grow closer. Enjoy a stay at our brand new home located on a hilltop with a beautiful view of the Ozark Mountains. Only 1.2 miles from the Current River and 6 miles from Big Springs. Our home can sleep up to 12 guests with a kids hangout area just for your young ones. Enjoy our outdoor dining area, grill and hot tub to unwind after an amazing day at the river or exploring the beautiful Ozarks. Rest in luxury, leave feeling refreshed and renewed.

Our stay was great. Would definitely stay there again. House was beautiful and clean. My only suggestion was there was not enough towels. Between the hot tub and everyone showering we ran out of towels.

This house is amazing! With plenty of great amenities and a wonderful host to make your stay feel welcoming. I highly recommend staying here. The hot tub is a blessing also. Give this place a chance… You will not be disappointed!

Weekend getaway with our family to visit Elephant Rocks and Peak Ranch to see the elk. The location of this place was perfect for our activities. The place was AWESOME! Very clean and welcoming. The owner communicated with us. Our family will definitely return to this place and highly recommend to family and friends.

The home was beautiful. The common area was a perfect size for a large family. The deck and patio were great areas for us to gather and have morning coffee. Beds were comfortable. It was a perfect place for us to stay for our annual family reunion canoe trip. We would definitely stay here again. Homeowner responded quickly when I asked a question about the home.

Excellent home in small town settting.

Loved this property. New home near town and hiking trails of the Ozark National Scenic Wayerways. Conveniences near by. Homes is in excellent condition and recently constructed with all new interior furnishings. Owner is excellent to work with. Responded to needs and questions immediately.

The home is quite lovely and immaculate. Although certainly not neccesary, the close proximity to Dollar General was a nice convenience. We were able to walk over for ice to fill our coolers for our float trip. The Landing, where we booked our float trip, was just down the road. Another nice convenience. Check in was easy peasy & Holly, the host, was very helpful and responded promptly to questions. We highly recommend this property!

Clean, great location, great interior design, spacious, comfortable beds and a wonderful host!

We had the best stay. Everything was new and SO CLEAN. The beds were super comfortable and the sheets smelled so fresh and clean. It had plenty of room for the kids and adults to spread out and have our separate spaces. The decor in the home was absolutely beautiful and the host were great, with wonderful small touches.( Such as chocolates on the bed and sweet bible verses throughout the home.) we went to ride our SXS in the area and there was plenty of parking for our large trailer to pull it. Hot tub was cleans also. We will definitely be back!!

Perfect property for our family canoe trip! There was plenty of room for everyone and the home was very clean. The bathroom to bedroom ratio was amazing! Lots of space indoor and out. Convenient location with restaurants, gas, and small shops nearby. Host was very responsive in answering questions. All around great property!

Superb home for 3 couples with 3 full baths plus half bath. Good furniture and well equipped. Extremely clean. Great communication with host. We have used a lot of VRBO homes in a lot of locations and this one stands out.
