Welcome to our Family-Friendly Oasis in the Heart of St. Louis!

Our spacious and unique home has been renovated to share with visitors looking for a delightful place to stay! You'll have full access to the entire home which is located just WALKING seconds away from Soulard’s Farmer’s Market and St Louis favorites. Did we mention the WORLD FAMOUS Mardi Gras parade is just a moment away? Explore and enjoy the coziness of a home away from home yet the charm of 1890’s historic Soulard culture!

We had so much fun designing the perfect "home away from home", and once renovations were completed to our satisfaction, we got started decorating every corner with the highest quality furnishings and fixtures. Take a walk throughout the entire 3 bedroom, 5 bed, and 2.5 bath home and find surprises in every corner.

Whether you are just getting away for the weekend or looking for an extended stay, we are committed to creating comfortable experiences for our guests! We offer contact-free check-in, 24/7 support, and a comfortable, spacious, and clean home!

★ 5 Beds:
- MAIN FLOOR: a comfy couch for additional sleeping
- SECOND FLOOR: 1 bedroom with 1 queen bed and 1 bedroom with 1 queen beed and 2 single beds trundle style
- DOWNSTAIRS FLOOR: 1 bedroom with 1 queen bed
★ 2.5 Bathrooms: 2 full bathrooms each with a standing shower and toilet on the second and downstairs floors and a 1/2 bathroom on the main floor that is adjacent to the kitchen and bar area
★ Kitchen: fully stocked with essential cookware, dishes, & glassware
★ Living Room: amazingly comfy sofa along with a flat-screen, Smart TV
★ Dining Area: complete dining area with bar with enough space for 8+ people

ACCESSIBILITY:
To access the bedrooms and full bathrooms, stairs are required. There is a flight of 8-10 stairs to the second floor with 2 bedrooms (2 queen beds and 2 single beds) and 1 full bathroom and 8-10 stairs to the downstairs floor with 1 bedroom (1 queen) and 1 full bathroom.

We have a strict no party policy. Any person that appear at the property that are not included in the booking will result in an immediate removal.

We were impressed with this home. There were 7 of us and there was plenty of room. We didn’t have an issue, but I did inform the homeowner of a couple things when we arrived and he came and addressed them. It appeared that the neighbors were home during our stay and we never heard a single noise from the outside. Parking was easy, plenty of places right by the house to park in addition to the parking space. There was delicious food in walking distance and everything else was a quick drive away. We would all stay here again. The linens were all in great shape and we had plenty of towels and wash cloths.

Great place to stay. It was well taken care of and stocked. An easy walk to Soulard neighborhood for a fun night out. The stroll to Busch for the Cardinals game was also easy. Would stay there again if I was coming back in town to visit the ballpark.

Exactly what we were looking for. Perfect spot for a weekend getaway. Property had so much space and everything was very comfortable. Owners were responsive and made everything clear and easy. Exceeded our expectations!

Great Location in St Louis

Great location - easily navigated to Madison IL for an Indy Car race. Make sure you hit Frenchtown Records and Antiques, right around the corner. And Nadine's Hash House - outstanding breakfast!!

Comfortable and Central to the City

The place is very spacious and comfortable with plenty of room to spread out. It was nice being a 5 minute drive from everything we wanted to do in the city. The host was very quick to respond to questions and the check in and out process was easy.

Tournament Time

Great place for four adult hockey fans. Convenient location. Wish we had had more time to explore the neighborhood. Farmer's Market was fun.

Great location for everything. Close to the arch, the zoo, city museum, the ballpark, everything. Clean house, easy access.

Great place!

This was a great place to stay. Plenty of room, easy parking, and close to everything that we wanted to do. Couch is really comfy to relax on after a fun filled day. Highly recommended!!
