With a primary bedroom suite including soaking tub and shower, plus two guest bedrooms with full bath, this tranquil retreat sleeps seven comfortably and presents a perfect Hamptons escape.
Great room with living room with stone fireplace and eat-in country kitchen, dining room with custom table that seats 12.
Secluded rear yard features a 20x40 heated gunite pool, pool house with bar and sitting area, half bath plus an outdoor shower.
All modern amenities including full-sized washer / dryer, A/C, wi-fi, Miele dishwasher, Sub-Zero refrigerator, Wolf oven, etc.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The house was immaculate and the grounds are top notch -- my teenagers LOVED the poolhouse. Everything was lovely, and we loved the location. We will definitely come stay again.

daniel was INCREDIBLE. if this doesn’t sell it… we booked the place for my wedding weekend. from getting ready to first look photos, this place was perfect. daniel was the perfect host, so incredibly hospitable. i cannot recommend this stay enough, but please don’t book during our wedding anniversary because we’ll be staying here each year to celebrate. thanks dan!

Fantastic in Bridgehampton

We had a wonderful stay. The house is wonderfully done and the pool and pool house only compliment your stay. The 2 blocks to town making the house walkable is icing on the cake.

We had a fabulous time during our stay at your home. The place was clean and comfortable. The heated pool and pool house was an added bonus. Our dogs enjoyed the large fenced in yard. The location was perfect - walking distance to Bridgehampton town. The host was a great communicator.

The Sandbox was perfect! It was equal parts luxurious and homey. It also served the ideal balance of convenience to all that the Hamptons has to offer, while the option of staying at the property was as appealing. Could not recommend the home and the ease of working with the owner more!

Beautiful weekend in Bridgehampton

My family just returned from a beautiful weekend in Bridgehampton. We go every year to celebrate my mom's birthday, and this may be the best rental we've ever had! Dan was friendly and very responsive, and the listing was better than described! It was a perfect space for my family and my mom- clean, new, bright and everything you would need to have a lovely stay. It would be even more fabulous in summer, given the beautiful pool, poolhouse and outdoor shower we did not use because of the time of year. The location is also ideal, you can literally walk to the center of Bridgehampton town, and yet the beautiful backyard makes it feel very remote as well. I would love to stay here again and I highly recommend it!
