Escape with your group to this ultimate 7BR retreat! Perfect for family reunions, this home comfortably sleeps your entire party. Unwind in the private seasonal pool and year-round hot tub, or challenge friends in the game room with a pool table, Skee-Ball, and more. Enjoy a modern, fully equipped kitchen and a cozy fire pit. Your unforgettable group getaway starts here!

*We provide a complimentary starter pack of essentials to help you settle in, including basic toiletries and paper products. For your extended stay, please plan to purchase additional items as needed.

*Despite our thorough cleaning efforts, the property's natural setting may result in occasional sightings of bugs or wildlife. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy the unique environment.

Although we do not like fees in order to maintain our units we must make you aware of the following:

Strict NO SMOKING policy. If you smoke inside you will be fined $250.
We are not responsible for items left behind by guests. If you leave an item behind and you want it to be sent back to you. We charge $25 for that item to be shipped plus the shipping costs.
Any stay greater than 21 days will require an additional long term cleaning fee of $50 that will be MANUALLY charged after reservation confirmation.
An unapproved late check-out fine is $50.

The house is beautiful. It was great having that many rooms for a large family so we could all stay in one home. It was great having the game room for the adults and children alike and the pool. We would suggest that the website be updated because we were under the impression there might be pool Floaties available, but there were none. Also the basketball game in the game room was not there. We would suggest a pergola awning or umbrella on the back patio so we could get in the shade out of the sun while sitting outside also the website said that the back doors were available to the pool, but it didn’t state. It was the only access to the backyard we would have to go through the room and wake someone up to get to the back patio in the mornings and evenings. Also, we were charged a cleaning fee upfront that we felt like if we were charged a cleaning fee we expected it to be completely cleaned and a couple of the bathrooms had hair in them and some dust. Otherwise it was a gorgeous place quick and easy access to the things we wanted to do on vacation so all in all we enjoyed our stay.

Enjoyed our stay

The code didn't work upon arrival, and it took almost an hour for communication with host. But once we got in, everything was as pictured.If you have little ones I'd recommend to bring a baby gate for the stairs. Our kids (15,10,10,9,7,1) loved the pool and the game room! Everything we needed essential wise was provided! The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful! Town is maybe a 5 minute drive away. We would definitely stay again!

Galloway/Pool Family Retreat

Our stay at this property was great. It was very accommodating for 11 adults for four nights. The door was not programmed with the the entry code when we arrived but it was resolved in about 30 minutes. The pool and hot tub was ready for use and enjoyed by all. The game room was a big hit and provided much entertainment. I would recommend this property. The rental company was very helpful to communicate with regarding the door. Overall great experience for all.

Great house for multigenerational entertainments.

We loved our stay at Rockwell Retreat. I take my four grown daughter, their spouses and children on a trip once a year and this house was one of the best we’ve stayed in for keeping all age groups occupied. The game room was fantastic and the hot tub was perfect since we arrived just as a January blizzard was dying down. It was well stocked with appliance, dishware and silver, and I received very quick responses to my questions. There were a few minor concerns, but nothing terribly concerning. The sound level on the retro arcade game was far tooo loud for comfort, and the volume control was apparently locked up in the control box. Oven heated up extremely slowly but eventually did the job. The downstairs beds were not very comfortable, although the master was very nice. Front door latch wouldn’t catch -we had to lock it to keep the door from randomly opening. A mixed bag as far as little things go, but overall a very pleasant experience. Would definitely stay here again.

FAMILY TRIP

The first impression was just like the pictures. Everyone was pleased with choice to book here. The kiddos loved the game room. Our Mom turned 75 and we gave her the master bedroom with the big poster bed. I would recommend anyone to stay here.
