Nestled in Delray Beach, this modern single level luxury home with open floor plan features a 22' ceiling, a 20' bifold doors that opens up to your own private oasis of palm trees and ground orchids. The home has an extra large kitchen island that is great for entertaining. The main area has a formal living room, dining area, office and a total of 3 bedrooms & 4 1/2 bathrooms. The master suite has a large soaking tub and bifold doors that opens directly to the outdoor living area. The attached guest house has its own living, dining, kitchen, laundry and 1 bedroom that enables guests to have privacy from the main area if they want. The property exudes a peaceful ambiance, perfect for guests looking to unwind and relax. The covered outdoor patio has a dining table that fits 10-14 seats, an 86' inch outdoor TV, Sonos system and a seating area that invites you to enjoy the indoor/outdoor living lifestyle. A large natural gas BBQ grill with side burner invites your inner chef.
