完璧な休日、平和と静けさを望むなら、この家はあなたのためだけです。 家にはプールとバーベキューのある中庭があります。 海、島、山を一望できます。 暑い夏の日には、山道を歩いて、夕日を眺めたり、クリスタルのきれいな海で泳ぐのが最適です。マルシチは、オミスとマカルスカの町の近くの海沿いの小さな町です。近くの町まで車で15分。 ビーチは家から約400 mです。 ccaビーチまで徒歩7〜10分。 ビーチは砂浜できれいで整然としていて混雑していません。
家の中にはダブルベッドのある2つのベッドルームがあります。 1部屋にダブルベッド1台とシングルベッド1台があります。 4 +1人の宿泊施設を提供しました。 バスルームと設備の整ったキッチン付きのダイニングルームがあります。キッチンには冷蔵庫、オーブン、食器洗い機、電気ケトル、コーヒーメーカー、トースターがあります。 衛星テレビとWI-FIがあります。

Beschreibung:Das Anwesen erstreckt sich über 4 Ebenen, die Oberste ebene ist ein Parkplatz auf dem bequem 2 Kombi (inkl. Fahrradständer an der Anhängerkupplung) Parken können.Die Zweite Ebene ist die Sonnenterrasse mit einem großen beheiztem Pool, Außendusche und die Aussicht ist fantastisch! Es sind Liegen, Hollywoodschaukel und ein Tisch und 2 Bänke vorhanden.Die Dritte Ebene ist das Haus, mit Küche/Essbereich 2 Schlafzimmern und einem Bad. Ebenso eine kleine Terrasse mit Ausblick über das Dorf und Meer, Alle Geräte Wasch-/Spülmaschine, TV, Wifi, usw sind wie beschrieben vorhanden und funktionieren einwandfrei.Die vierte Ebene ist ein überdachter Grillplatz mit Spüle, Anrichte und einem großen Tisch. Die Utensilien für den Grill sind vorhanden. Der Panoramablick über Dorf und Meer ist hier ebenso fantastisch, laden zum Sitzen und verweilen ein.Das Anwesen selbst ist eingebettet in das kleine romantische Dorf Marusici gelegen am Berg, bietet jedoch genug diskreten Raum sich zurück zu ziehen und seine Privatsphäre zu genießen.Es fehlte uns an nichts und ließ keine Wünsche offen.Die Gastgeberin Antonia ist sehr freundlich, zuverlässig und zuvorkommend.Wir haben uns willkommen und wie zuhause gefühlt.

Komfortabel, ideal für Familien und in traumhafter Lage

Wir haben unsere 2 Wochen Ferien dort sehr genossen: sehr freundliche Vermieterin, gut ausgestattetes Haus, toller Pool den vor Allem die Kinder liebten und atemberaubender Blick auf die adriatische Küste. Ein großer Vorteil ist auch der fusssweg zum Strand, der wirklich der schönste, da am wenigsten besuchte, weit und breit war. Das liegt vielleicht auch an den 345 Stufen die man dorthin ( und zurück 😜) bewältigen muss.

We had a wonderful vacation, the house was beautiful and very spacious and the hosts were very hospitable and available. Everything is clean and tidy. The neighborhood is quiet and the kids did not want to go home lol. We look forward to coming back next year ..

Nice Apartment for the Price

This was a nice apartment providing pretty much everthing we needed. It was clean, modern and the owner, Antonia was very welcoming. Perfectly adequate for our grown up family of 4, bedrooms and living/ kitchen area are a good size, however the bathroom was a little cramped and with no window lacked ventilation so got very hot. Air conditioning in the living area was welcoming during our stay as the weather was quite hot however the bedrooms would benefit from some fans as without these they got very hot and stuffy during the night which made for restless sleeping. Outside the pool and terrace area were again clean and new with stunning views over the Makarska Riviera and Brac. A word of warning about access to the property which is down a short but very steep path, not accessible by car, but with smaller luggage this shouldn't pose a problem. The surrounding area was beautiful, Makarska (30 mins drive) is a lovely town with a long beach and promenade to stroll along, lovely park and habour area. Omis (20 mins drive) is smaller and not as pretty as Makarska but offers boat trips, white water rafting, rock climbing and zip wires in the nearby canyon. On the whole we enjoyed our stay in Marisuci however we found it very overcrowded and think we may have enjoyed it more slighly out of season.

Property was clean with fabulous views and great location

Had fabulous holiday in this villa with a warm welcome . If I had to give criticism I would say the acomadation was small for 4 people but the pool and outside areas made up for this . Maybe also to mention that access to the property is diffficult .

A beautiful place to stay with breathtaking views

We loved our stay near Omis. There were so many things to see and do in Omis that we didn't even venture to the islands as planned. Antonia was a lovely host and we had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation in Croatia.

Excellent séjour

Antonia est charmante, généreuse, attentionnée, toujours prête à rendre service. Elle nous a donné de bons conseils sur les lieux touristiques à découvrir , les restaurants traditionnels croates. La maison, la piscine sont très agréables, les lits confortables. La location est bien située en hauteur dans le village, et la vue sur la mer et la montagne nous a enchantés. Nous avons passé de belles vacances; la Croatie est vraiment une destination à recommander.

cosy house with an amazing view

We had a terrific time in Croatia! Our holiday house had all the comfort we needed: a refrigerator, a freezer, an oven, a dishwasser, a washing machine, .... The beds were good, the rooms were very cosy, the terrace was well situated in the shadow of plants and up the stairs you had a fantastic swimmingpool with good sunbeds and an amazing view on the see!! We loved it. To go to the beach, you needed to do a lot of stairs, but after a few times, you get used to it. And while walking to the beach you have also terrific views, so you rest a bit to enjoy the views. The beach is a pebble beach with very clear water!! You need to bring some watershoes to enjoy your swimming in the sea. There are shops not far away but you need a car here.We visited The Plitvice lakes (coming from Zagreb) and then Split, Trogir, the Cetina Canyon coming from this house in Mimice. It's also possible to go to Dubrovnik(190 km from here). Antonia and her family (the owners) were extremely friendly and helpfull!We come back to explore the rest of Croatia and come to rest in this friendly house which felt like home.

Une semaine formidable

Nous avons passé 1 semaine formidable ! La maison est située dans le centre d'un petit village typique très calme. L'intérieur est simple, mais confortable. La piscine était très agréable avec une vue splendide entre montagnes rocheuses, mer limpide et les îles. Nous avons visiter des villages, omis, markaska, Breda..., l'Ile de Brac, la montagne du bokiovo, fait du jet ski et du zeepling. La propriétaire très sympa était à nos petits soins. A noter que l'accès à la mer est plutôt compliqué, mais lorsqu'on atteint notre destination, les criques sont magnifiques. A conseiller vivement !
