Lake Front property with everything your friends and family need to make memories for life. Fish the "Best Catfish Lake in Texas", paddle board or kayak, swim, hang out by the fire pit, or relax under the pavilion.

This newly remodeled 3-bedroom 2 bath home has an open floorpan with views overlooking the lake. Relax in the screened in porch and take in the amazing sunsets. Hang out in the game room with pool table, dart board and two sofa beds (game room is detached from the home with a separate entrance). Cook your favorite meals in the large open kitchen with full size appliances and cookware.

Cast a line off the dock or use the boat lift to secure your boat during your stay. Two paddle boards and one kayak are provided for your use.

The property features include propane grill and pellet smoker, clothes washer and dryer, dishwasher, ice maker, and WiFi.

Located just 50 minutes East of Dallas and 45 minutes North of Canton Trade days.

50 AMP RV plug is available for an additional fee.

This house is wonderfully decorated and beautifully remodeled. We had such a great experience here as we visited with six international foreign exchange students as we explored dallas. The game room was their favorite part, plenty of room to run outside and play as well, and we greatly enjoyed the wonderful lake view from the back porch and the boat dock area. While we had extraordinarily unusually warm winter for january, it was still not quite enough to enjoy the water.So we might just have to come back this summer! 10/10, would stay here again. We wanted a place where we could relax and spend time with family. More than comfy beds and a clean house this rental delivered with a coffee bar and stocked pantry. I had communicated with the owner prior to and let her know that we planned on cooking/baking during our stay. She went above and beyond and made sure we would have everything we would need, including a picture of what was already in the pantry for our use.

Our stay at this lakeside home was absolutely incredible. The house was beautifully furnished and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The real highlight, though, was the view—every evening we were treated to the most stunning sunsets right over the water. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the back porch and ended the night by the fire pit. We highly recommend this place and look forward to a return visit. Our host was very helpful and responded to all our requests.

I will never not rent this home when going to the lake! Best lake house I have ever stayed at! Very comfortable, peaceful and so clean!! The views are great and sunsets are amazing! The room that is disconnected from the house is cool, two queen sofa beds, pool table and darts!! The host was always available and answered me back quickly! I can tell they take pride in their home

This Wonderful Home was Amazing! Home was clean and very spacious. Host was Very Responsive, Thank YOU. The Fire Pit, Dock, Fishing (we didn't catch anything!) Sunsets, Screened in Porch, Eagle!!!! First of all it was impeccably clean. The location on the lake with a dock, fire pit, a grill, and to top it off, a wonderful screened in porch, is perfect for a comfortable weekend Our host, Jessica was available anytime we had questions.

This property is exactly as pictured. It's a gorgeous lake front property! It was quiet and homey. It was well stocked and close to stores if we needed anything. We chose this property because of the dock for fishing. Even though we had a lot of rain, we were able to catch quite a few fish! The covered dock came in handing when it was raining. We definitely will stay again!

OMGOSH OMGOSH OMGOSH This was the perfect spot for my family and I. This place is a gem. The kitchen and dining area were perfect for our family meals. The kitchen was well stocked pots, pans, bowls, and there were more than just basic spices in the cabinet. There is an ice maker but bring a bag of ice. The game room was, for my granddaughters, the best. As soon as you get there turn on the a/c. It won't take long for the room to cool. The backyard, great. We were able to walk barefoot with no issues. We didn't use the grill or smoker but they're there ad appeared to be in good shape. There is a fire oit but my folks forget wood so no smores. The host provides the makings for smores including the sticks to put the marshmallows on. And the dock was magical. This was my first time fishing. I'm hooked(pun intended). We also night fished. All in all this was the best weekend ever.Now s few things that may help. Bring extra blankets, maybe a small box of plastic ware. There is silverware so its up to you. A bag of ice and firewood, that I mentioned earlier in this post. Now there are lots of spifers big and small we just swept the webs and spiders away. No big deal. After wee swept we spraid spray. Kept them away so we could enjoy the picnic table and dock. Mosquitoes came out with a beng. Those citronella bracelets and i wiped everyone down with lavender oil wipes ( made them myself) I only got. 2 bites and no one else got any.This rental was great the host was great.

The owner was amazing and so easy to work with. The house was stocked with everything you would need. We stayed a week and even got to meet the neighbors. Really recommend anyone looking for a lake vacation on the water to stay here. We had such a great time.

Great lake house

Stayed here four nights and it was the perfect house. Super clean and spacious, beautiful views and a wonderful responsive host. Our family loved it and the fishing was great! No complaints and definitely would book again

Family summer trip

Loved the Prosperity. Only concern was that there were only arrangements for six inside the house, other sleeping arrangements for the remainder of our family were outside the house in the gameroom. Initially my daughter in law wouldn’t sleep there so they slept on the floor. At the end the pool table was good to have.

Never disappoints!

Second time staying here. The house was just as clean the second time. I am not sure you could beat the sunset views over the lake right from the comfort of the living room or dining room. The host is also very helpful and available if needed. Very cozy!

Perfect lake house experience

This property delivered the perfect lake house experience. The house was super clean, was nicely updated, with very comfy beds and furniture.The screened in porch was awesome, the grounds are well manicured, and the dock was great to fish off of. I can’t say enough good things about this property.

The home sits on over an acre of land on the East side of the lake allowing for beautiful sunsets every day. The home is located away from the heavy traffic areas of the lake providing more privacy, less noise and better fishing.
