The Barn House

The Barn House is the perfect place to relax and enjoy gorgeous southern Utah. You're in cowboy country as you often can observe a herd of Texas long horned cattle in the field next door. Grill up some dinner and watch a spectacular sunset. Listen to the yips of the coyotes, get starstruck with the exquisite beauty of the milky way! Local restaurants, quaint shops, and a plethora of hiking trails are minutes away! Adventures await at the many State and National Parks nearby.

The space
We originally built this house as a barn for our horses, and later transformed it into a wonderful home. We still call it "the Barn House". It has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a loft, and can comfortably sleep 10 people. Enjoy a leisurely breakfast in the large fully equipped kitchen (dishes, utensils, pots and pans, crock pot, rice cooker, coffee maker, microwave). There is casual seating at the bar or around the large dining table. The open concept kitchen and living room area make it a wonderful gathering place. In the evening enjoy a movie on the 65" television.

On the main floor you will find the Great Room, kitchen, dining area, laundry room, a master suite with its own bath, and additional bedroom and full bath. Upstairs has a spacious loft with sleeping area and a TV room for gaming or movies. The Loft also opens to a deck with spectacular views of the mountains. There are lots of windows throughout the home to let in sunlight and see the gorgeous views!

The large 5 acre yard gives you plenty of space from the neighbors. There is ample off-street parking for vehicles, boats and ATVs.
