Fantastic Orlando Property

Convenient location. Beautiful new decor. Quiet. Immaculately clean. Host communicates clearly and proactively. Garage is a huge bonus. Would definitely stay here again!

Mini break in Winter Park

Wonderful town home. Very clean. The host was fantastic. Easy access to the Park St district. I would highly recommend this property.

Convenient, Comfy and Clean!

We took a quick overnight trip to Orlando to see a band we enjoy. The venue is on Mills Avenue and this property was perfectly located for our outing. The home was spotless ., very comfortable, easy to get in and out of and close to I4. Madison, the concierge, was quick to respond to my few questions. It says there is a coffee maker but it is a Keurig so bring a few extra pods with you, not coffee.

Beautiful and comfortable home

Everything was great. Gave 4 stars for location as area has some revitalized/remodeled homes and some that are in need. Bring a hairdryer.

Property had everything we needed and the layout was perfect! Easy access and parking in garage and always a quick response by Madison.

Conveniently located property to my family

Very attractive property with good size bedrooms. Quiet neighborhood. The MB we stayed in did not have an accessible closet and we had numerous hanging clothes. There was a ladder upstairs which my husband lugged down stairs and back up so we could hang clothes. It only had one bed; no side tables, hence no table lamps...I don't think it should have been labeled as a bedroom; somewhat misleading. Madison was an excellent property manager. Prompt replies, very helpful and very pleasant. Were it not for the issue cited above, I would have given it an excellent rating.

Hurricane evacuation

House was clean and as advertised. Close to the Park Ave District if you’re looking for that. Madison was a great host!

A Family Visit

We went to visit family and this was close to their home, so the location of the place was great. Clean & communication with owner was great. Easy on and off I-4 and convent to Winter Park and the fine dinning.
