Santa Fe rental

We were scheduled to check in on a Saturday six hours before our check-in, our reservation was canceled! We had made our reservation months in advance. It became very difficult to find accommodations for my family.

Lovely Property

The property was easy to find, had plenty of parking, and was conveniently located near restaurants and the plaza. Five of us stayed in the two bedrooms and on the comfy couch. The property was lovely and clean. We’re e stay there again.

Reservation cancelled by homeowner

We received an email stating our reservation was canceled less than 24 hours before our scheduled arrival. Stated that the house was sold. We then had to scramble to find another place to stay.

Short distance to the square

We only spent 13 hours at the location. Beds were comfortable as well as other furnishings.

Cancelled 30 mins before arrival.

This was very very VERY frustrating. With absolutely no communication, this place cancelled on me only thirty minutes before check in!! I had sent a message asking for check in information and all I got back was the cancellation message. This was, of course, after I paid for the whole thing. Luckily, Vrbo was able to work with me to get my refund and also a credit for the troubles—this was the night before my wedding!!!!

Adequate stay, great location

Met with the owners and they were nice folks. In terms of the home, location would be the highest point I can give. It's an older home with some renovation being done and unfortunately it's not completed yet. The range and waste disposal wasn't working, the balance of heat throughout the house needs some work as 1st floor room was cold while upstairs were hot. 2nd floor bathtub faucet needs to be looked at, Appreciate some of the amenities care such as water, coffee, tea and wine. Thank you
