THE SPACE
Morocco meets Santa Fe in this adorable and comfortable 3-bedroom condo! Located on the 2nd story of a friendly gated complex, this condo offers the perfect mix of Santa Fe charm and boho-chic style with bright colors, eclectic furnishings, and everything you could need for a fantastic Santa Fe stay. Enjoy a cup of coffee or glass of wine on the sunny outdoor patio, with peeks to the Sangre de Cristo mountains. Step inside to find a bright and sunny open-concept kitchen, dining, and living room space, complete with cable TV, high-speed internet, and a queen sleeper sofa for additional guests.

Down the hall you will find 3 well-appointed bedrooms full of color, light, and plenty of options for sleeping arrangements for the whole crew! The primary bedroom has a queen bed, smart TV, ensuite bathroom, and views to the Jemez Mountains. Bedroom two has two twin beds with trundles - a perfect space for all the little ones, or the beds can be connected to create one spacious king. The third bedroom has a full-sized bed and futon for added flexibility. All bedrooms have spacious closets, large windows, and new plush carpet.

A fully stocked kitchen filled with spices, cookware, and dishware means you can host the whole group for a home-cooked meal. Select coffee and teas make your morning a breeze. Parking: The entrance to the gated complex is on Rufina St. Pull up to the entrance and put the code into the keypad. The gate will open. Please only pass 1 car through the gate at a time. Once through the gate, you will find upstairs unit #40 on the left. There are designated parking spaces marked #40 in front of the unit. Please park only in these designated spaces, or in any of the unmarked spaces.

Smart televisions are located in both the living room and in the master bedroom. We do not have cable but have access to streaming services (youtubeTV, Netflix, Disney+, etc)
