The property also features 1 1/2 bathrooms with essential amenities like a hairdryer and shower. Lots of room. Has large Conference room with large table to have meetings or feed a large crowd. Lots of parking. Whether you're looking to relax or explore or host a meeting. Only .2 mile from downtown bars and restaurants. 2.5 miles from Georgia Southern Paulson Stadium. We have 3/4 acre of grass and parking lot for tailgating. Invite your friends to tailgate. Grills allowed. This enjoyable and amazing space is the perfect home base for your trip. Great stay in statesboro

We enjoyed staying at this house when we came to move my daughter in to her dorm. It is a very unique use of space and had plenty of room for all 6 of us. The house had plenty of amenities as well. Very clean, which was a plus! I would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay

We enjoyed our stay in Statesboro. It worked perfectly for what we needed for our visit with our son at Ga Southern. Bed was clean and comfortable. Home had tons of space. Would stay again!

Great place

This was a quiet neighborhood.We were in town for a weekend event and this floor plan worked great for our family.I was able to speak with the owner and told him that we would try to book this again for the next year.
