This is the best place ever. Staying in the finest suite in the Waldorf Astoria is definitely a downgrade from this immaculate palatial penthouse. It was truly better than being home.

*$250 Cancellation fee will apply to all cancellations within 14 days

•We are unable to hold luggage before check-in or after check-out

COMMUNITY AMENITIES
*We are not affiliated with the community management and do not control amenity hours or availability
*The Pool is generally open year-round but may close without notice for maintenance.
*No refunds are issued for amenity closures beyond our control

PROPERTY CONDITION NOTICE
*This is a high-volume short-term rental. Minor wear and tear is normal (small scuffs, cosmetic imperfections, minor décor changes, etc.)
*We are not a hotel. We do not repaint or replace items for cosmetic preferences
*Guests must report concerns on the day of arrival
*Minor cosmetic issues are not grounds for refunds, cancellations, or negative reviews
