Beautifully renovated Canadian-style home, A/C and central heating, located in a beautiful peaceful area of Mascouche Heights, next to the elementary school and 12-15 minutes from the Mascouche Train Station.
Near services and Highway 640.
3 beautiful bedrooms (one in office configuration), 1.5 bath, modern kitchen, nice dining room, living room/family room with grand piano.
Security camera, WiFi, washer-dryer and central vac. Spacious parking, large backyard, balcony/dining area with BBQ.
Guest access
The accessible space is from the ground floor to the second floor. The bedrooms, bathroom, washer-dryer are on the second floor.
The parking lot and the backyard are accessible to the tenant.
Access to the basement is locked, as is access to the two sheds outside.
Other things to note
Internet/WiFi fees are included.
Electricity and natural gas consumption fees will be the responsibility of the tenants.
