Creston location is in an up and coming old neighborhood. Took walks to farmers market, breakfast and Riverside Park. We were very comfortable there.

This property was very comfortable and family friendly. There were many restaurants and things very close by. The kitchen, bathroom, laundry were well thought out with everything you’d need.

The host was very communicative & a lot of basic things were provided for our stay including laundry and dish detergent, spare toothbrushes, etc! The property is spacious too!

Although we were initially a bit nervous because Google had very old photos of the property that showed a dilapidated appearance (turned out the whole place was basically rebuilt after a fire) we were assured that the current VRBO photos of the property were accurate, and they indeed were. To the manager's credit, he thoroughly explained all this and has been trying to get Google to update that information without success! As advertised, the place was very clean and well furnished. It was a good location as well, providing a very good base to explore SW Michigan from. We had a very nice fall stay at Jason's property. Renters might want to consider bringing some Keurig pods if they are heavy coffee drinkers. Jason did promptly supply some additional ones for us as requested for our morning coffee. All in all, we highly recommend!

I stayed at Jason and Michelle's on a trip to Grand Rapids for work. It was centrally located to my client, and very convenient to go to dinner in the downtown area. There is a dedicated parking spot directly behind the property. The home is nicely decorated and very clean. There is a bench at the door and a key holder(!) for the manual keys upon entry to the facility. The bathroom and laundry are then directly to your right, with long kitchen that opens into the living room. The bedrooms are directly right of the kitchen. The bathroom is spacious and well-stocked. The laundry is very nice; washer and dryer with some soap provided. The kitchen is very well-stocked; the hosts provided some basic ingredients (minced garlic, butter, etc.). The bedrooms are great; both the Yellow Room and Green Room are equipped with the same bedding and night tables, with the Yellow Room also having a small desk. The kitchen table is a high top. The living room has a nice sectional. There are THREE (!) TVs: one in the living room and one in each of the bedrooms. The TV are also on swivels, which is fantastic for a Fire Stick user. My communication with Jason was excellent; any questions were answered in a timely fashion. I truly enjoyed my stay, the hosts were fantastic and the property suited my needs. Just one critique: the chairs...the high tops are not my preference and were not comfortable, and the desk chair was not great. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This house was perfect for us & our friends for a quick trip up for a couple concerts. Quick Uber ride to downtown and in a good quiet neighborhood. No issues!

When we’re not at our kids’ sporting events, we love spending time outdoors—golfing, fishing, and gardening are a few of our favorite ways to unwind.
