Welcome to our cute, spacious, and modern retreat in brand-new construction! Per Grand Rapids law, this unit must have a minimum 30-day stay. Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, dining table for family meals, and in-unit full-size washer and dryer. The home features a desk for work, workout equipment, and entertainment like board games, books, and card games. With TVs in each bedroom, central AC & heat, and a large fan, comfort is assured. Located in a historic area close to downtown, you'll also find area guides with local attractions in the unit. Fall in love with Grand Rapids and enjoy the magic it has to offer.

We’re a family of five with two boys and a daughter. I grew up in Ionia, MI and have called Grand Rapids home for over 20 years. When we’re not at our kids’ sporting events, we love spending time outdoors—golfing, fishing, and gardening are a few of our favorite ways to unwind. Hosting allows us to share spaces we love while meeting wonderful people from near and far. We’re excited to help make your stay comfortable and memorable!
