Riverfront Cabin,Hot Tub, Perfect for Snowmobiling/Snowshoeing

Immerse yourself in nature's beauty at the newly renovated The Buffalo River House cabin, perched idyllically on the banks of the Buffalo River. This expansive 7-bedroom, 4-bathroom vacation rental boasts stunning riverfront views and over 3300 square feet of space, perfect for large groups or family gatherings.

Unwind after a day of adventure in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with top-of-the-line appliances and ample cookware. Relax by the fire pit or soak in the brand new hot tub under the starlit sky. Entertainment is always at hand with smart TVs in every bedroom and three of the four living areas.

The cabin caters to year-round adventures. In the winter, cozy up by the fireplace (propane) after a day of snowmobiling or ATVing on the hundreds of miles of trails nearby. During the warmer months, cast a line in the Buffalo River or explore the nearby Island Park Reservoir, Henrys Lake, or Henrys Fork. Yellowstone National Park's west entrance is just a 35-minute drive away, offering endless opportunities for exploration.

The Buffalo River House comfortably sleeps 15 guests with a mix of king, queen, twin, and bunk beds. Two washers and dryers ensure laundry days are a breeze, while amenities like WiFi, a dishwasher, three refrigerators, and a garage for storing gear add to the convenience. Keep in mind, air conditioning is limited to the upstairs king bedroom. Ceiling and floor fans, coupled with the crisp mountain air, will help keep you cool during summer.

For families with young children, the cabin offers two pack-and-plays, but please bring your own linens.

Enjoy snowshoeing, cross-country ski trails, ice fishing, hot tubbing, sledding, snowmobiling, Yellowstone snowmobiling, tubing. Mesa Falls is amazing in the winter for snowmobiling, and so is Johnny Sack Cabin.

- Well-trained, housebroken pets are welcome. Dogs only. Must be over the age of 18 months and vaccinated. Dogs may not be left alone in the home unless crated, there is a crate available for use. $50 per dog, per night. Dogs only, no cats due to the owner's severe cat allergies. Due to insurance policy breeds with a bite history may not stay at the property. No dogs with a personal bite history are permitted. This is an insurance limitation and not negotiable. When booking please message with the dog's age, vaccination status, and breed.

Please note that we do not provide baby gates and do not allow them to be pressure-mounted due to damage to the tongue and groove.
Due to liability, we do not provide kayaks, paddleboards, or fishing equipment.

NOTE: Guests are required to sign a rental agreement, send a photo ID that matches the name of the primary booker, credit card holder and signor on the rental agreement, along with a guest list within 48 hours of booking. Failure to complete these tasks will result in cancellation of the booking and cancellation policies will be upheld.
