良かった点 : チェックイン、コミュニケーション、ロケーション
Absolutely the perfect location & size of home accommodated all 12 of us with room to spare. Things to note that differed from the description of amenities : no Keurig coffee pot, no crock pot, no air hockey table, skee ball game had no balls to use, lights in hallway were burnt out. Kitchen had minimal supplies: make sure to bring your own dishcloths/tee towels. Ice maker in the kitchen did not work. Fridge makes ice but will not dispense from the door. Home could use some updating: holes in furniture in the living room. House has no extras: I.e. toilet paper, bathroom rugs, bathroom soap, garbage bags, dish detergent. These items are not necessary but are a nice touch when renting. Last but not least was the cleanliness: floor was not wet mopped. Gum on the floor & candy under ottomans when we moved them Large table is wonderful to use in the kitchen but it had not been wiped or cleaned under. All metal chairs in the kitchen were covered with sand. House itself could use a major deep cleaning. Whoever is doing the cleaning needs to do more than run a sweeper on hard floors. Also we had a lot of rain on one day. Water was so high it ran under the wall into the front bunk room. The drainage at the pool was not working & we about had water in the back door. See attached pics. Not blaming the home owner but they need to do some updating & overseeing.
