The front office man was great. He was very accommodating, very professional, very helpful. The front office was clean. The breakfast area was clean. And the breakfast options were good. The outside area was clean. The first room they put us in was horrifying. It reeked of cigarettes and there was someone else's hair, like a lot, all over the sheets. And the floor wasn't carpeted so every 18 wheeler that drove past sounded like it was in the room with us. Luckily, the nice man in the front office gave us a different room. One in the back. It was clean. Smelled nice. And no hair. The bathtub had a hole in the plastic but the shower worked, so whatever. The cleaning ladies were very accommodating and stopped by to see if there was anything we needed. The "hot" water was more like room temperature, but it invigorated me fully awake in the morning so I'm not complaining. If I stayed here again, it would only be because the staff was great and obviously took pride in what they do. I think the first room was just a small misstep. But I'd definitely get a room in the back.
