Great location! Easy access to a great beach, with plenty of places to eat nearby. Brian and team are very accommodating and responsive.

Property was clean and well maintained. A few minor issues were noted and conveyed to the property manager and they rectified the issues in a timely manner. I can highly recommend this property. Right on the beach with easy access to the beach.

Very clean, responsive host, beautiful beach view, and pet friendly. Downstairs bed very soft. I would recommend this place to anyone who can climb stairs easily. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are upstairs and the view from the balcony is wonderful. Easy boardwalk to beach and the resident rabbit is fun.

Beautiful property! LOVED the deck and the rooms were spacious.. the home was outfitted with everything we needed as well as basic supplies for coffee, shampoo, etc which were a wonderful touch. The kitchen was well equipped and we were very comfortable in this home. The home is close to restaurants and shops- we never had to travel far for anything! Well worth the for this home!

This was our first trip ever with our two dogs, and it was a positive experience. The unit was very clean and overall well equipped. The beach was dog friendly, and there were a lot of dogs. Everyone was friendly and well behaved. We would definitely recommend this beach and this rental.

We enjoyed our family time and the location was perfect, clean and right on the beach, a few items were the shower pressure was to much in the 2 bathrooms and odd in the master bath, also one of the boards on the walk way to the beach is rotted and broke thru , but over all a nice place and we would stay again as we visit family once or twice a year.

The house was very clean and well equipped inside. For a home that sleeps six, it would be nice if there were more than 2 beach chairs. The location is great. I would definitely stay here again

Thank you, Marilyn. We are glad you enjoyed your stay. As you know, there is no storage, so the chairs are outside. It is tough to keep them nice out in the elements, so we provide just two and have to replace them regularly. There are multiple rental companies and we have a coupon we can share if you stay with us again.

Great location

Can’t beat the location of this place. Good proximity to downtown Fernandina, golf courses, and of course the beach in your backyard. Enjoyed our stay and have already booked our stay next spring.
