Excellent location

Pros: The owner, Robert, is stellar with communication. Location! Very close to a lovely park. Amazing master bathroom shower Very comfortable master bed My brother said his shower and bed were also good. AC window units handled super hot days with ease- I was not sure they would, and they did. Cons: Cleaning could be a little more thorough Some minor fixes are needed in a couple of spots We would happily rent this property again.

Charming and quiet

We spent a month here and didn’t want to leave. Beautiful neighborhood with walking trails and 10 minutes from shopping, restaurants and grocery store! The home is so warm and comfortable and that shower!!!! Fabulous! We have stayed with VRBO on many occasions but this is my favorite and I can’t say enough about Rob (owner). I would definitely come back. Check his lake property also!

Excellent location with very responsive owner

Stayed just after Christmas through new year. It is a great location across from Bobby Jones golf course and near 75 entrance/exit but not on interstate. Not fancy but clean with nice master bath and very responsive and friendly owner

Quiet, comfortable and close to everything

This house is so comfortable. The beds were great. The couches were perfect for relaxing after a long day. The kitchen was well stocked. We shopped at a nearby Publix and cooked breakfast and dinner every day. We loved the shower in the master bath. Wow. Our daughter felt like she had plenty of privacy in the second bedroom and liked having her own bathroom. The location is beautiful. The house is in a quiet neighborhood with lots of tall trees near a park. It was quiet and very serene. But we could get into downtown Atlanta and parked in less than 15 minutes! Everything we needed was close by but you wouldn't know it sitting on the deck. Rob contacted us before we came and made sure we had what we needed. He was great. He answered every text quickly.

Excellent Stay!

Rob's home was exactly as listed, situated in a beautiful neighborhood in Atlanta off of Buckhead. Supermarkets, restaurants and entertainment were all a near drive away. The amenities were great, the bed, linens, bathrooms, kitchen and washer and dryer made it just like home. Robs an excellent host always available. I will definitely be staying at his home again and highly suggest his home to all visiting the Atlanta area.

Great Location, Great Place to Stay

Great neighborhood and great location for getting anywhere in Atlanta. Very clean and nice place. Bathrooms are excellent. Plenty of room for relaxing and kitchen was well stocked with anything needed to cook.

House was nicer than I expected

I expected the house to feel older and less cared for than it was. I like Robs style. He was easy to interact with and was always concerned that things were going well. The neighborhood is beautiful and in a great location if you have business in Buckhead. There is dedicated parking off the street which is nice.

Gift Show Retreat

Robert made sure that it was easy for us to access everything needed for our stay. The location was perfect on a quiet street with parking, which was what we wanted. Always nice to stay in a home with two bathrooms and all the dishes and pans needed to prepare your own food. Luckily we had wonderful weather in January and actually ate dinner on the back deck one night!

buckhead cottage

Rob was in constant communique when needed..super nice and helpful to deal with....my stay was comfortable and photos are perfectly representative of the house.Also central to all things I needed in the buckhead and surrounding areas..bobby jones golf course is 5 min away....lots of restaurants and in a nice neighborhood.I would surely recommend renting Rob's place.

Beautiful, quaint and close to everything.

We had a softball tournament in Atlanta and my daughter and myself didn't want to be in a hotel for a week.... I found this lovely home on the outskirts of Buckhead and the city. The area is beautiful. Rob is super great to deal with and honestly one of the most seamless rentals I have ever had. You have all of the amenities of home. Was perfect for us and so close to great shopping and the city. This is a must stay if you are in Atlanta.

Atlanta Swim Meet

Robert was extremely easy to communicate with and made our stay very pleasant. The proximity of the house to Ga Tech, Atlantic Station and the interstate were very close and convenient. The house was comfortable and located in a quiet neighborhood. We will recommend this house to friends.

Great getaway in the city

My wife and I rented this place when we needed a quiet place in Atlanta for a business trip of mine. My wife works from home and needed a neighborhood without the usual noises of the city, while I needed a centrally located sport so I could easily shuttle between multiple offices in the Atlanta area. This location was ideal. It is close to downtown, midtown, Buckhead, Sandy Springs and the Cumberland area. There are virtually unlimited options for dining within a 10 - 15 minute drive. The house is a nice, well kept and has plenty of character. It is not a sterile suburban box. We had a great time. Rob was great to deal with.
