Family Reunion

We had a family reunion, the house was great, just a little disappointed with the fully stocked kitchen. But we managed and all had a great time.

The condition of the home was very disappointing! The home is advertised as sleeping for 9 - we had to call and request an air mattress - we had 9. There were insufficient seating in the living room, dining room and outside. We had to go purchase folding chairs for more than 6 people to sit on the patio. The kitchen is very poorly stocked to allow folks to do any cooking or eating at the home. Kids were not able to play in the backyard the first day due to the 24 wasp/hornet nests under the eves of the detached garage and the number of wasps flying around - was not safe for kids and our person that is allergic to bee stings. We had to go purchase spray to try and rid the back yard of wasps/hornets - we were not successful in eliminating the wasps! We had to call and request the grass be cut, looked as if it hadn’t been cut in at least 3 weeks. The grill was terribly dirty so we just decided not to even use it. The water connection of the cooler is leaking leaving a large wet spot on the patio attracting more wasps. When the air mattress was delivered, the pillows were so stained, we had to buy our own pillows. I was so disappointed in the condition of the home. This home is not ready for a family to stay and enjoy their stay! I would not recommend this property unless significant changes and furnishings are available for the advertises number of occupants.
