Pets:
• Sorry, no pets are allowed at this house.
• Violating this rule will result in a $500 fine per dog

Parking:
• Parking for ONE COMPACT vehicle in the driveway.
• NO garage parking
• Additional public parking is available along the Bolstad Beach Approach and in three large lots on Oregon Ave. S. between 3rd St SE and 5th St SE in Downtown Long Beach.

Children:
• Children two and under do not count as part of the maximum occupancy.
• Amenities: High chair, baby gate, pack-n-play
• Children's plastic serving dishes, cups and silverware are available.

• First-morning coffee pods on us!
• Keurig single cup/ Drip Coffee Pot combo unit
• Hot water kettle
