Great Place!

Seafare is terrific house! Beautifully decorated! The kitchen had everything we needed for family meals. Easy access to the beach and the highway couldn't be better. The best feature of all was safety. Definitely 4 stars!!

We had the best Mother's Day weekend ever. The house is beautiful and the floor plan is awesome. Lovely community with direct access to beach and two nice pools. A nice restaurant on site and close to a great golf course. Had a tough time leaving..... Cannot wait till next time.

Great concept... execution lacking.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Five night stay in 251BE. Specifically asked for, and was assured, that no construction was going on near the house. Not so, hammers banging and sawing and music blaring Wed. thru Saturday, directly next door (like 10 feet away). All outside decks and deck furniture covered in construction dust and bird dung- which I spent about an hour hosing down and scrubbing. House is pretty long in the tooth. Several window shades falling apart or missing pull cords. Popup range top exhaust fan nasty and only recirculates cooking odors and steam. The devil is in the details... and this place doesn't cut it. To be fair, management company partially refunded beach cart and umbrella/chair fees to compensate for screwing up the "no construction next door" assurance. Would return to Cinnamon Shore but would be far more diligent in the selection of a home to rent.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second stay at Cinnamon Shores and it was so much fun. There are so many beds and bathrooms that our 2 family’s with 5 kids all had plenty of room. I know I look at reviews so I’ll be very honest for future parents:The beds were all very comfy, I’m beyond picky but the primary bedroom had a cooling mattress which was great. The ac unit in the primary went out when we got there but they quickly repaired it and it was able to stay cool the trip. The pillows were either too soft or too hard so that could improve, sheets were a bit scratchy too.The showers were decent but the temp would go from your setting to cold and back to your setting. The other house did this too so maybe it’s a local issue? Not sure but it wasn’t a big problem even for the kids. The towels could be larger though, they keep getting smaller and for the price we pay per night I’d hope for bath towels vs shower towels. The kitchen did not have full spices or large pans to cook in. They hardly had salt and pepper and all the pans were non stick but scratched up. The last place we stayed had a variety of pots and pants along with a full spice rack with everything we’d need. The microwave was in the island and hardly worked, it actually had a sign to make sure the door was closed properly and you had to hit it sort of hard to make it stick. The TVs were older Samsung TVs that don’t have apps so we only had access to cable and Netflix downstairs. The upstairs TVs only had cable. The other place had newer TVs yet it was a lower price per night. Apps are needed for young kids for Disney, Peacock, etc. They did have an Xbox but we didn’t use it so I can’t comment there. There were board games, books etc that the kids enjoyed. The location was GREAT, it had 2 downstairs patios with coveted parking in the back. We could only unlock the garage door because the patio doors were ver

We arrived early and were able to get the golf cart and drive around while our property was still getting ready. Great living spaces for a large group. The only ding is that the house was marketed for housing up to 10-12 ppl, and only had 4 coffee cups. Likely had been broken along the way, but something to note for the homeowners and/or providers for what should be included. There was also a repair that we filed while in the home, and the team was quick to address.

It was run down- cabinets very beat up, there were some wall and rug stains, and after a few days of living there we really started to notice things that were inoperable or sub-par that included:-Sewage/mildew smell upstairs and in garage -Standing water in garage from outdoor shower that started to smell-fruit flies-broken trash can-broken wine fridge-broken microwave door-Water stains/peeling paint in kitchen -peeling paint through out whole home-Front porch lights inoperable for grocery delivery -Last day awful vinegar/vomit/trash smell outside We certainly enjoyed ourselves at the complex and made the most of it. It was a convenient location and welcoming vibe for kids. The quality for this home was disappointing for the price and expectations that we have come to expect from our vacations to Cinnamon Shore.

Don't Stay @ "No Limit 251 BE" until it's fixed

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unfortunately this isn't the type of review most people will want to read but it's the honest and most truthful. We've stayed at this property 2yrs ago and back then you could see wear and tear inside and out of the home but this past summer the issues were apparent and problematic. The home is simply run down and it's clear there's been little to no upkeep outside of maybe an appliance. The furniture is dirty, smelly and stained. The interior walls have cracks, peeling paint and in some cases broken. There was mold inside on the second floor in the wall leading to an horrific odor. The cable (just so you know) only works downstairs but there were no directions on how to get that TV or the others to work - just 3-4 remotes scattered about per TV. Please note there a NO blinds/drapes downstairs in the dining room which will cause a big glare on the tv. There was also NO blinds on the front door (again as this happened 2 yrs ago) so your privacy is limited. The water pressure was weak but that's always been the case. We truly hoped for a better stay this time around which is why we booked the home again but ultimately we left after 1.5 days instead of 5 because it was impossible to overlook the issues. Good news - the weather was great, Dylans is always a plus and water was fantastic.We love Cinnamon Shores but won't stay here again.

Lackluster house - expectations not met

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 3rd summer staying at cinnamon shores. The first two summers were wonderful. The houses were great and the staffs were always courteous and helpful. This year, however, our rental left much to be desired. We were delayed on our check in because maintenance was supposedly fixing the master bath exhaust vent. It wasn’t repaired and other items needed repairs as well. The master sink on left side of vanity was virtually clogged. The master shower valve was very difficult to turn and became unusable by the end of the trip. The bench at the foot of the master bed had a broken leg and was simply propped up when we got there. Our golf cart rental went from an 8 seater to 2 carts that seat 4 each (which actually worked out better). The Rent-a-cop harassed our 16 year old daughter when they were driving one night. There’s more but you get it. That was the most outdated and poorly maintained unit we’ve stayed in since making cinnamon shores part of our annual summer vacation plans. The bar had been set high based on our previous two summers there so when you spend 10 grand on a weeks stay you expect the best. This trip fell far below those expectations.

Great home but in need of attention

Reviewer Comments: This is the 2nd year we have rented this property and it has a lot of things we love- the sleeping arrangements, available parking (love that it is on the corner) and the location is fabulous. Last year we had trouble with the ice maker - the maintenance crew responded and got us by. This year it seems that no one has taken a look at the property and done any routine maintenance/refresh work in quite a while. The ceiling fan in the master is so loud it is unusable, the faucet in one of the bathrooms cannot be turned off on the cold water side (we ended up turning it off under the sink), the doors need adjusting as they have shifted and are very difficult to open, close and lock. Lastly, if you stay there I recommend you do not turn on the ventilator on the stove- it is filthy and it will totally gross you out. It retracts so if you don’t turn it on, you won’t see it.

Reviewer Comments: Even though we reported the house problems the day we moved in, no one fixed a thing but the beeping fire alarm from Cinnamon Shore. The owners know they have a serious air-conditioning problem in the master bedroom (alludes to it in the booklet with "don't set the thermostats too low"), it was so dang hot even with multiple fans. Other two a/c units work great. Also- not one single tv upstairs worked. Some didn't even turn on at all - others couldn't connect. No kitchen towels, finally found one single oven glove to cook with and gas tank empty for grill too. Beautiful home not managed well

I believe it says it can hold 8 people but with 2 daybeds and trundles in the upstairs landing, you can definitely fit 14. Our group of 8 had plenty of space to spread out. Beautiful property

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family stayed in this property over the Fourth of July holiday and couldn’t be happier. The facility itself was exactly as described. We had plenty of space because of the accuracy and felt that the location was exceptional. Just with any other rentals minor repairs and maintenance need to be done but that’s to be expected in anyone’s home especially a vacation home. The only drawback to this property that really cannot be helped is the HVAC design by the builder. When we arrived we noticed that most every room had several oscillating fans in the closet which was surprising and then very fast we found out that they were needed because the upstairs master suite would get stifling hot and no air circulation due to the poor layout of the HVAC system. Unfortunate to the property because overall it is a lovely property but when we had to run eight fans on the second floor to circulate air every day this problem really should be addressed

3 generations of fun -

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect space for 3 generations, well appointed home that went beyond with amenities from sand toys to board games. Perfect to enjoy your beach fix and create some special memories. “I’ll Be Back”

Wonderful for a family with young kids

Enjoyed our stay here. The beds were comfortable and the layout is perfect for a big family. They had sand toys and chairs in a shed behind the house but we had rented chairs thru CS, and brought our own toys. They have some toys and board games available in a cabinet too. For those with babies/toddlers-make sure the owners pantry is locked. It was unlocked when we arrived and there was a whole set of knives on the floor! Luckily none of our kids got hurt but this should have been placed up high.
