House was good but shower leaked. No paper towels, no salt. Recliners were small & slightly worn out but overall we managed & were comfortable.

The cottage is wonderful. Had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable as well as pillows. We had a small family reunion there. Plenty of room. We would definitely stay there again.

Me and 2 friends came down for the weekend to watch the FSU football game and this place really impressed us. It was super clean and comfortable. It really felt like home. We definitely recommend it and will be back again for sure.

Property was great, clean, really furnished nicely but roads were being paved muddy mess got stuck at check out because workers had huge equipment in way working had to wait a little wish we had a heads up about that!

My family stayed at Kathy's Cove recently and it was very pleasant, it's location is great, Kathy's Cove is close to grocery stores, gas stations and more. Comfortable beds, entire home was spotless and cute decor. Do yourself a favor forget renting a hotel room where your stuffed in one room and have to eat out or order in when you can rent Kathy's Cove this lovely place in some cases is cheaper than a Hotel. the Host responds almost immediately and very professional and pleasant as well. Definitely .

After some confusion at our arrival, Mike, the host helped us straighten it out and our stay was exceptional. When we return to this area Kathy’s Cove will be our first choice. Mike is easy to work with and a heck of a nice guy.

Great place near Wakulla Springs

The property was extremely nice and clean. We loved the area and every place we wanted to go was an easy day trip. The host was great about answering messages. Will definitely want to stay here again.

Good location

Property was as described and very clean. Mike was a good host and was quick to respond to my phone call. On our last morning there we did not like to be awaken by the lawnmower and then smoke alarms going off. I am sure this was just Our luck!

Short weekend trip to fish at St Marks. The house was as advertised and met all of our needs. The location is perfect for fishing. We plan to book this place again.

The house was perfect for the five of us. With all the comforts of home including a large patio. The bedrooms are a good size, each one had a tv in them, the master suite and a large bathroom, there's another bathroom by the other two bedrooms. Ceiling fans in every room, the living room, kitchen and dining room were spacious, also there's a washer and dryer, I defiantly recommend staying here.
