Quiet weekend

Cute comfortable little place .it was very accommodating. Quiet neighborhood not too far from town. We really enjoyed our weekend here.

Great place to stay

Enjoyed the ample space and cleanliness, plenty of room for 5 friends and a pet to lounge around and a good step off point to go fishing in Saint marks

Very nice home

This is a very nice, clean and comfortable home. I loved it, my wife loved it, and the dog loved it. Wish I could always find a place like this when traveling. This rental is highly recommended!

Quiet and Restful

Very nice place. Clean and organized. So nice to have a washer and dryer, outdoor patio and cozy living room. Master bed was very comfy.

Ideal location

Kathys cove is ideal located for all area attractions from Shell Point to historic St Marks. Plenty of room to spread out with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and amble porch space front and rear. Anyone wishing to visit this area of Wakulla county I would highly recommend

Great location and clean!

We had a great stay in this clean and modern home. The fenced in yard and natural setting were a plus. It is also very close to Tallahassee and the beaches of the Forgotten Coast. We would definitely stay again!

The interior is fantastic. Every room is nice: all 3 BDRMs, both BTHRMS, kitchen/dining and living room. 4 flatscreen tvs, great channel selections. Nice back porch. W&D, separate laundry room, paved drive with hose. Perfect for kayakers, Springs trips, beach trips. Would stay there again!

Perfect for Us

We really enjoyed the back deck for visiting and coffee drinkingThis was the perfect place for us to stay and prepare food to take to a family gathering in Crawfordville.The beds were comfortable with large tvs in each room. We hope to explore St. Marks on the water down the road next time we are here. It was all about 3 sisters getting together this time.

Just what we wanted

Great property if you're traveling with a dog! Hard surface floors throughout and a fenced in yard....big bonus! Property was very clean and comfortable. The on site washer and dryer would have been very handy if we were staying longer.

Waiting for house to be built

We stayed at this place while waiting for our house to be built. Mike was very professional and friendly, and he helped us with everything we needed. We will definitely recommend his place to anyone that comes to visit us!

Christmas 2024

It was my year to spend Christmas with my youngest son. We have dogs and needed a place that would allow dogs. This place has a fenced in backyard. While the fence is low it is sufficient for small dogs. We found the place was well furnished and appears to be new. It is close to Crawfordville.

The property was as pictured. Inside was clean and cute. Very easy to find and good parking. Close to every where we needed to go while visiting crawfordville. Was good for our dog, but fenced area is short if you have a larger dog that would jump fence may not work for you as there are 2 dogs in property next door, fenced area does not but up to their fence but about 10 ft away and they were vocal dogs. Our dog was scared and ran back to porch,lol but some dogs would be over fence trying to find other dogs. Has 2 nice exterior sitting areas outside. Would definately stay again.
