The space features 5 bedroom and 3 bathrooms with a powder room located in the first floor. The stylish kitchen features floor to ceiling windows as well as a gas stove chefs kitchen! Also located in the first floor is the play room with a Bowflex ©️ Gym system and a foosball table! Recently updated home ready to host a gathering of a group of different sizes!

Cancellations are subject to a 5% cancellation fee to cover transaction and administrative costs. The remaining balance will be refunded according to VRBO’s standard refund timelines.

We needed a place where both my family and my sister’s family could stay together while visiting Niagara Falls, rather than being split up in separate hotel rooms. This home was absolutely perfect for that!The house was beautiful, spacious, and in a wonderful location. The youngest members of our group especially loved taking advantage of the park right across the street. Being only about a 15–20 minute drive from Niagara Falls made exploring the area easy and convenient.Thank you for sharing your amazing home with us. It helped make our family getaway even more special, and we truly enjoyed our stay.Host made the check in and out process very easy to do! I highly recommend this amazing home.

Excellent location, perfect for family vacation because it is convenient to all venues, attractions, eateries, etc. Very spacious and comfortable for everyone in our group. The owner is very nice and quick to respond to any inquries. We will definitely be staying again!

Two families of four shared this space for a week. Great location for families - plenty of space to spread out (each kid could have their own room while the parents each got a bedroom with ensuite bathroom), easy drive to Niagara Falls points of interest, great public park across the street. Very pet friendly, made traveling with a well-behaved dog a breeze. Some aspects of the house are a bit worse for wear, but fully functional (dishwasher is loose so be cautious loading/unloading, some bathroom towel holders are loose and there are holes in the walls/tape in the bathrooms where there were previously attached). Host is very responsive to answering questions which helped up prepare for our stay.

Girls getaway!

We were 4 ladies having a girls getaway! This location was great for our Niagara plans. Great size home, 6 bedrooms and a few with ensuites. Kitchen was large and perfect for entertaining/group chats while prepping! We much enjoyed our stay and would recommend this choice! Play area across the way for children. Was good for what we needed. The family had 14 members. Room configuration required us to use cot. It was comfortable but I would suggest having extra set of sheets. There was some issues with property but like damaged doors and towel bars. We could not enter house using code. Overall we were fine with the property. Had plenty of towels, pots and pans for cooking.

This house was perfect for our large family. Plenty of space, bedrooms & baths. It was immaculately clean when we arrived. Location was within 20 min of all touristy destinations. Our host Jake was quickly available & immediately took care of the few minor maintenance issues we had. I highly recommend for your next vakay to Canada. Carol

This is a large house that was sufficient to comfortably house 7 adults and 7 children ages 3 to 10. Our grandchildren enjoyed the foosball table and played in the enclosed back yard, as well as the playground across the street. The backyard is not large. It contains a grill, a small table (roughly 36" x 36"), and two folding chairs. Two additional folding chairs are on the front porch and could be used with the table in the back yard.We were told there was a two-car garage and enough room to park 4 additional vehicles in the driveway. The garage has two separate overhead doors, one of which did not work. This eliminated a parking space in the garage. The driveway was only large enough for 2 vehicles (or three if they per partially on the lawn). Fortunately, the playground across the road had a parking lot, so we were able to leave vehicles there.At the time of this writing (6/7/2026), there is a fair amount of debris in the garage:, including boxes, a dishwasher, and gym equipment. The basement of the structure is in a state of remodeling. It appears the intention is to create two additional bedrooms, a bathroom, and a recreation room from the stud walls I saw. As time passes, the property owner will presumably complete the remodeling and repair the garage door.
