Ce riad est mal entretenu Forte odeur d'humidité, voir de moisi cuisine sale avec des cafards... Très mauvaise connection wifi ... J'ai payer pour un mois et j'ai voulu voulu partir au bout d'une semaine, et j'ai essayé de négocier

Un séjour très agréable

Nous avons été ravies de notre séjour dans ce magnifique riad! Le transfert organisé par le propriétaire de l'aéroport au riad et vice-versa était vraiment pratique! Nous reviendrons dès que possible!

HONEST OWNER HIGHLY RECCOMENDED

Arrived at about 9.00pm in Febuary. It just so happen the weather in the evenings was very very cold. There were no heaters in the Riad and there was no way we could have stayed there. Huge disappointment. Next worry was getting a place to stay and would we get our money back. Phoned the owner who saved the day. He gave us some idea of where we might get tempoary accomodation and pointed us in the way to some accomodation agencies for the rest of their stay. More importantly gave us a full refund when we got back to the UK. Didn't work out for us but you are deally with an honest owner !!

Perfect place for a holiday

We stayed here for a week in November and found no issues with the place. Before arrival the owner was easy to contact and full of useful information not just for the apartment but also for the city. The lady who looked after the apartment was very accomodating and welcomed us into her home on several occasions. The place is very spacious and for a group of 3 men and 2 women in their mid twenties we found it a great stay. We walked into the city each day, the centre of the medina was about a 15 minute walk away. Highly recommended.

FANTASTIC PLACE TO STAY

I would like to thank you for the superb stay that we have had at your Riad in Marrakech. The house is superb,and located very conveniently. Special arrangements that were made for one of our wheel chair user were very much appriaciated he was very comfortable and slept like a baby,we really appriaciated the effort that was put in to for his comfort. The local amenities were very handy and your Care taker Sana was very kind and cooperative. Our stay was very enjoyable and memorable and we are looking forward to go back as soon as possible, (hopefully this year) I would certainly recommend your house to my friends and Family as an ideal place to spend holidays in Marrakech. Once again Thank You very much for your excellent service.

Great value for money

We throughly enjoyed our stay in this riad. The riad itself has everything you need, it's spacious & comfortable. After all the madness outside it was a relief to go back to the peace & quiet. We found it to be ideally situated opposite the old walls of the medina, you can get a taxi just outside the complex however we enjoyed walking to the center 'Jamaal el fna' it only took about 20mins. On the complex there are various shops, the pizza place was great value (3 pizzas & 2 panini only 15 euros). We hired a car from the bureau it only cost 40 euros for the day & we had a fantastic day out in the mountains. The weather was perfect, but the pools on the complex were closed, they apparently close in the middle of September. All in all a great experience.

Perfect property in fantastic city

This property was perfect for discovering Marrakech, ideally located with taxis easily accessible near by. The property is spacious and nicely decorated and has all that you require. It is peaceful and air conditioned (needed!!) and very comfortable. The owner was exceptionally helpful with our booking and the people who looked after the property were wonderful, they couldnt have been more friendly, welcoming and helpful. This house, the people we met and Marrakech were all fantastic, we would go again tomorrow, what more can I say?

Great place!

(sorry for my english,i'm french) In this place you'll find the confort of modern facilities (parking, swimming pool, full equipped kitchen, several shops in the complex) and also all the charm of Morocco (the decoration of the house is typical, a beautiful mosque, colored flowers and trees, nice people, altas view from the terrace). The placement of the complex is perfect: near the medina (many taxis are driving in the street just in front of the complex) but inside the complex, it's very quiet, you don't listen at all to the sounds of the city. After trying riads in the medina, flats in Gueliz and guest houses on the Ourika road, I definitively prefer this house. Moreover the owner and the person who will welcome you on site are very friendly and reliable. In short, I would recommend this place for people who discover Marrakech for the first time as well as for moroccan people needing housing.
