Welcome to Topaz 106, a beautifully decorated ground-level one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo located in Las Palomas Beach & Golf Resort. Perfectly positioned for a relaxing Rocky Point getaway, this inviting condo combines comfortable interiors with an exceptionally large, extended balcony—one of the standout features of the property.

Step inside to find a stylish living area featuring rich, dark leather sofas, a TV, and a kitchen with a raised breakfast bar and stools, creating a comfortable space to relax, enjoy a snack, or gather with family and friends. The dining area comfortably seats four.

The spacious primary bedroom features a King-size bed with a firm mattress, making it a great choice for guests who prefer a supportive sleeping surface. The bedroom also includes a TV, dresser, spacious closet, and direct access to the bathroom. The bathroom features a shower and bathtub combination, granite vanity, and large mirror.

For additional sleeping space, the living room includes a convenient sofa sleeper. A washer and dryer, along with a utility sink, are located just off the kitchen for added convenience during your stay.

Room was super clean and cozy. All appliances worked flawlessly. Check in was fast with no hassles and a big plus that the room was ready at 11am instead of the normal 4pm time.

The condo was a nice place for my son and I. It was clean and what we expected. I know everyone has their taste in bed but this one in particular’s is a very hard mattress. The hot water issue was addressed immediately and we were able to shower with hot water in the 2nd day. Still very grateful for the opportunity to have stayed there for 3 nights.

Las Palomas has upgraded and remodeled over the last few years. Gym is much improved as is the pool. Hot tub spa is gone and there is a children's slide there instead. Pool totally redone as is the deck around it. Landscaping all new. So lots of spent. The pool bar needs tv screens especially for World cup! And the checkin with Casago.. Surprise 300 deposit required. And they keep 3% after checkout for their bank fees. Not in contract but when you are there, pay deposit or no condo.

We also appreciate your suggestion about adding TV screens at the pool bar for major sporting events. Regarding the security deposit, we understand that unexpected charges can be frustrating. However, the refundable security deposit and the 3% credit card processing fee are both outlined in the lease agreement that is sent by email when the reservation is confirmed and must be acknowledged prior to check-in. Ground floor walk right out to the pool

Love staying on the ground floor when I have my kids. It’s 15 seconds right down to the pool and right next to the slide. Accommodations were spacious with fully stocked kitchen to cook (grill too) and utility sink in laundry room to wash out sandy clothes etc. nice they had smart tvs in both rooms. Only complaint is that the pull out sofa is extremely uncomfortable. My teen ended up just sleeping on the couch. Could have used a few more blankets too. room

Never had an issue with booking at las Paloma’s through VRBO but the host with Casago was terrible. We paid booking through affirm and they had no idea what that was or how it worked. We had to do our own communication with Vrbo to help us resolve the issue. They not once tried solving the issue on their end. It was a mess. And to top it off the beds were as hard as my grandmas tomb stone. Very very uncomfortable. Also the room could use a mirror and places to charge your phone.

At that point, VRBO confirmed the same information we had initially communicated regarding the payment. We also appreciate your comments regarding the mattress comfort, lack of mirrors, and charging areas in the unit.
