This property is like staying in your own home - it's clean, there's lots of extras, it's well stocked (coffee, creamer, laundry soap, extra towels, extra blankets, 2 tv's, etc.). It's a great location for exploring Bears' Ears National Monument. We definitely would stay there again.

Great location and wonderful hosts!

Cozy little apartment, in a quiet neighborhood with a very spacious and comfortable layout. The fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer and comfy bed made it feel just like home. The owners Jed and Candice were a pleasure to talk with and provided first hand information on the surrounding areas. We will definitely book again in the future!

Small Town Getaway, Gateway to Ancestral Ruins

The property, like a small house, adjoins the owners property. Cozy and tidy, with dancing kachina dolls decorating the zone. It was the perfect stop-off while we spent a couple days hiking Hovenweep and Mule Canyon. Many wonders in the area, Edge of Cedars Museum is a must, just a few blocks away. This is the perfect place to stay!

The place was perfect! It was my home base for a photography trip in the surrounding areas and I was able to work and relax throughout the day. The place was very clean and comfortable. The full kitchen made meals easy for me. I liked having a washer and dryer, I was able to bring home clean clothes. Jed and Candice were very nice on our initial meeting, and offered there services if I needed anything. They also had muffins in the room. These were great on my early morning excursions.

Wonderful Stay in Blanding!

Very clean property with everything you need. Small details added to the excellence. Good location, centrally located from many natural areas like Canyonlands NP and Monument Valley. Overall, excellent property, highly recommend.

House in Blanding

Lovely house , perfect for two people , great for travelling out to all the local attractions. House was very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Nice welcome gift of muffins and orange juice. We were both very happy , so much better than a hotel. Thanks to our lovely hosts

Private quiet connected to house but separated.

Like a full MIL but built with separation from main house. Large with everything needed. Very nice. A Dry town but beer bought 2 miles south.

Excellent stay!

Clean and tidy! Everything was in good order, full size kitchen and spacious bathroom. An excellent find! Again clean quiet private. All the things I find important!

We found our destination quite easily given the clear and concise directions sent ahead with the confirmation. The unit and fixtures and amenities were all new, and in working order. The unit was warm and cozy. The layout was extra large and cleverly laid out. The roll-In shower was huge, reason enough alone to stay here. The check-in and check-out processes were non-existent, a system I find un-nerving, but entirely efficient. I will be recommending this unit to my friends.

This is a well appointed apartment. Fully equipped kitchen, large shower, comfortable living room, and good washer and dryer. The sofa pulls out to make a bed. The owners were very hospitable, providing homemade muffins and juices prior to our arrival. Ample towels and linens. Decent tv channel selection. The lighting in the living/dining room is a little dim. Also, be aware that the main bed is only a double and the mattress was softer than we are used to. Apartment is located on a quiet cul-de-sac.

Clean, spacious private apartment. Candice & Jed were both very kind. Nice location in a quite Blanding neighborhood, close(-ish) to Natural Bridges National Monument, Canyonlands Needles District, and Bears Ears National Monument. Wheel chair accessible.

The space of this place is phenomenal! Candice even left us home baked muffins and apple juice for breakfast. Delish! Thank you Candice! Kitchen well equipped, comfortable seating AND bed. The sheets were sooo soft! Parking right outside your door.If you are in a wheelchair, this place will be near perfect for you. The only improvement I could recommend would be a comfort height toilet. The grab bar next to toilet very helpful. Candice and Jed are wonderful hosts. Thank you for the restful and comfortable stay!

Spent 5 nights to explore Canyonlands and Monument Valley areas, and we really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was comfortable, spacious, clean, and private with our own off-street parking. Really liked the furnishings and decorations. The apartment had the amenities we needed to prepare meals and do laundry. Our hosts were friendly and helpful. Overall, a very good stay!

Home away from home

Jed and Candice made it easy. Very comfortable apartment that was bright and airy. Quiet neighborhood that’s near the main artery to snd from adventures. Wi-fi was excellent! I will definitely stay here again!

Visited State and National Parks

After visiting Grand Canyon for three days we stayed in Blanding for three days to see the parks in southeastern Utah. This place was a great home base. The layout is perfect, even handicap accessible. Very thankful for the washer and dryer and the well supplied kitchen. Definitely recommend.

We are a retired couple who love the outdoors. We love Blanding because of the variety available in the area. Mountains, desert, lakes, you name it, its here. Plus, we have grandchildren nearby and they keep us young.

We built our home in 1980. We raised our family here and now enjoy grandchildren, some of whom live nearby. In 2003 we added our apartment. We originally built it for my sister who had suffered a serious stroke and was confined to a wheelchair. She loved the apartment and lived there until her death. It has since been used by several family members for various lengths of time. We now use to welcome visitors to our beautiful area, and of course for our out-of-town kids (as long as they bring the grandchildren:). We think you will find it welcoming and comfortable. We are usually nearby in case you need anything.

The apartment was built with handicapped access in mind. There are no steps and is ideal for a wheelchair. Location is in a quiet, out-of-the-way neighborhood and very safe. You will have the apartment to yourselves. Self check-in using a key code.
