The area the apartment was in was in a perfect area. Now for the apartment... The apartment is very outdated and nothing special, older appliances, no toaster, no coffee pot, slim options for cooking pans, doors coming off the hinges. 1 bedroom door doesnt even completely close. Newer windows. Every piece of furniture if from amazon, the couch was junk and very uncomfortable. The internet hardly worked it was always going off and on. Theres neighbors that will feed the rats so there is a rat population, lots of stray cats, and the dumbester area is disgusting with used cat litter and cat poop on the ground. Laundry room only has 2 washer and 2 dryers for 18 apartments, and ita not mainted or cleaned either. Overall not the greatest place but works if your in a pinch.
