• Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen:
The downstairs features a spacious, open-concept living area, seamlessly connecting the living room, dining room, and kitchen. The dining room offers seating for up to 14 guests. Floor-to-ceiling windows offer stunning views of the backyard, allowing natural light to fill the space. The living room includes a comfortable futon couch, perfect for additional sleeping arrangements.

• Bedroom 5 (The Den):
This cozy bedroom includes 1 twin bunk set and 1 twin bed with a twin trundle, ideal for kids or additional guests.

• Half Bath:
A small but convenient half bath is located downstairs for easy access.


*UPSTAIRS*
• Bedroom 1: The Yellow Room (Primary):
The primary bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed and floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the tranquil backyard, creating a peaceful retreat.

• Bedroom 2: The Green Room:
This room offers a queen-size bed and large windows with serene views into the backyard.

• Bedroom 3: The Blue Room:
Another queen-size bed awaits in this stylish room, complete with floor-to-ceiling windows that let you enjoy the backyard’s natural beauty.

• Bedroom 4: The Orange Room:
This versatile room includes 1 full bed and 1 twin bed with a twin trundle, accommodating various sleeping arrangements.

• Two Full Bathrooms:
Modern fixtures and a touch of retro flair ensure guests have everything they need for a comfortable stay.


*OUTDOOR SPACE*
• Backyard Oasis:
The private backyard is functional and available for guest use, featuring a tranquil creek, seating areas and a propane grill for your use.
**Please note that improvements are ongoing, with full construction expected to be completed by fall 2025. Guests should also be aware of the steep grade into the creek—caution is advised.

• Garage:
The garage is setup with a ping pong table (and two paddles). There is space for one car in the garage.

• Driveway & Additional Parking:
Enjoy convenient parking with plenty of space on the driveway and additional street parking options.
