Experience the ultimate retreat in this brand new, 1700sqft corner 3rd floor unit. With a modern and stylish interior, plenty of natural light & captivating views of the surrounding landscape will envelope you. A spacious living area designed for comfort & relaxation is the perfect home for those seeking a luxurious & serene retreat in Sandpoint..

Experience a luxurious stay at the stunning, recently-built waterfront condo located in building 8 of The Seasons. The condo features floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room and primary bedroom, providing breathtaking views of Lake Pend Oreille, Schweitzer, and the Cabinet Mountains.

Guests staying in building 8 have exclusive access to the rooftop amenities, including a hot tub, sitting pool, social club, covered outdoor bar with TV and infrared heaters, BBQs, Smoker, and a private fitness room. The building is also equipped with a Pilates Reformer, Sauna, and Shake Plate.

This three-bedroom condo has a King bed in the primary bedroom. The second and third bedrooms are queen-sized. It also features a fully equipped kitchen with a gas cooktop, spices, a Nespresso Coffee maker, and a cocktail-making station. A living area with a large TV and a beautiful gas fireplace.

Underground parking is provided for one car. Guests can enjoy a short walk to town, City Beach, or explore the Pend Oreille Bay Trail located next to The Seasons. Schweitzer Mountain is only a 30-minute drive away.

All guests at The Seasons can enjoy other amenities, such as a large heated pool and an additional hot tub located at The Retreat Center. The beach, marina, and swimming area are also accessible. Marina slips are available at additional cost if you want to bring your boat or rent one and enjoy the big lake!

The Wildflower Spa is situated on the third floor of the Retreat Center. Remember to call in advance to schedule your services.

The Pend Oreille Bay Trail is located on the North end of the building, right out the front door. It is a 3.3-mile moderately trafficked and dog-friendly trail.

*This condo does have an adjoining door if you wish to book both for a larger party.

What a beautiful and luxurious condo! Every detail thought of including a whole home water filtration system! Owner was super friendly and communicative. Gorgeous views, comfy beds and well equipped kitchen- we loved it!

The unit itself is beautiful. Myself and a couple of others had the wrong impression of the unit thinking it was a type of double penthouse situation with the shared hot tub, etc., per the photo to the left. No problem with that, my mistake.Having stayed at the Seasons previously in another building, I was fully aware of the train situation, which was not an issue with that particular unit. In this unit, sleep was absolutely impossible between midnight and 4:00 a.m., even after we purchased earplugs for the second night. If it wasn't a train, it was the traffic from the highway behind. We left early to avoid another sleepless night. I will be more diligent in investigating a property before renting in the future...lesson learned.

Love to play as much as possible and work when we have to, which is most of the time of course! Especially now raising two little toddlers we are go go go! Luckily we live in nature's playground so there is always something to do to keep everyone busy. We are big into snow sports, fly fishing, mountain biking, yoga, and all things kidcentric. Live a clean and sober life and care very much about health and wellness. I have been managing beautiful properties in Sandpoint since 2018 with my company, Point Property Management, llc.
